Finally found it! I saw a glimpse of the scene starting at 0:04 on TV and just remembered the face at around 1:13. After about 2 hours of searching on the internet with just that I finally found this! Now I can see the whole scene! Thanks for uploading!
Scottish actor Campbell Morrison, the biker named Dave was also in "Life without George" as Sammy the gay bartender in episodes 7 and later. Wikipedia says he passed away January 2008. I recognized his voice at first then his face. He must have been a pretty versatile actor to play a gay bartender then years later a biker. RIP
