This video helped me course correct after spinning out on an issue for hours. Thanks so much for the clear and concise example! 😁

THANK YOU, I've been trying to solve a very simple formula and this was the video that helped me work it out - thanks for keeping it straight to the point, and showing how you did it!

Thank you! I was able to put this to use right away! I'd love to see some ideas for how to use reports and the dashboard.

Hi, great video; I am trying to use this formula, but it's not working. It may be because I am using a custom field on the summary tab to store the current reporting date. {Consolidated Project Status Sheet - Report Date}, [Date Input]# where [Date input] is the custom field. I am using Collect because I need to look up the project ID and the Project Reporting date to bring back the correct row. Is there a way to do this?

This should be entirely possible using an Index(Collect formula, although it's hard to say for certain, as I can't see your sheet/data. If you want me to look at this for you, just share gary@cheetahtransformation.com to the relevant sheets as an Admin (there is not a charge for this - we're just happy to help where we can)...

Hi C M, I've just watched the video back on my iMac and everything is clear and not blurry. Not sure how you are viewing this video?, anyway the formula to use is =INDEX(COLLECT({Range of Data to Return}, {Range of First Match Criteria}, {First Match Criteria}, {Range of Second Match Criteria}, {Second Match Criteria}, {Range of Third Match Criteria}, {Third Match Criteria}),1) - Hope this works for you...

@@CheetahTransformation Thank you again but what about if we need to sum the whole column matching the match criteria
