- WELCOME TO THE EIGHTH SONG OF THE SEASON!! 44 more songs to go :) I wrote this song out of frustration lol. ok ok so, in todays age, pretty much every person has an opinion about everything. But what's scary is....... misinformation. THIS word is scary. SOME people have massive platforms and SPREAD their OPINIONS influencing a ton of people. This fact is terrifying to me, and imo could be ONE of the ticket's to our downfall as a society. Misinformation....Misinformation...just remember this word whenever you hear someone's opinion about something online. It just feels like, everything has become clickbait, or at least the mentality of that. Insert an interesting title here, and draw as much attention as you can. And don't even get me started on music critics...I could go on for HOURS, but the only thing I will say is, they have NO RISK IN REVIEWING SONGS, THE ARTIST TAKES THE RISK MAKING THEM. ok ok this became a rant, and remember this is just an opinion. an opinion of an opinion is not fact, or is it? ok now my brain hurts. Man, this has to be my favorite song cause it kinda matches what’s been going on in my life recently. Found this through UA-cam recommendations, and it is amazing. The syncopation of the drums is messing with me but I love it, such an underused element in music yet it breaks the restraints of many common drumming patterns.

That's what makes syncopation so good. I think you nailed it with this. Doing it in time by itself is difficult, but if you have other instruments to play along with and it's slotting in between them it becomes a lot easier. I remember doing practice for band once and couldn't get it right by myself, but when we did it all together it came naturally.
Either way, you did really good and I can't wait to see what else you use syncopation in, keep it up mate and I'm gonna make sure to spread your music everywhere I can!
