@@wave1468 I'll explain. Some have it to ridiculous heights, while others don't have much. Roger was magical and Carlos also possesses a tantalizing amount.
He's winning rg this year that's for sure. He won us open in 2022, wimbledon 2023, so by that logic he's going backwards so rg this year and australian open next year.
I always feel he is holding back, setting up the points, when he is not hitting those screamers. That last point was especially ridiculous, I can't recall even Federer hitting such shots, or even covering so much court in rallies
interesting that Carlos' average FH speed in a match is around 70-78 mph ... that's because he puts enough height to clear the net on a normal rally BUT when he wants to produce a winner, he flattens it a bit, and hits it around 100 mph
Alcaraz forehand has everything the big spapish top spin whip action to produce crazy spin, the crazy and unpredictable angles, the running winners and passing shots, crazy speed like monfils/Kyrgios, the touch for volleys and drop shots, the wrist flexibility, strength and precision to hit winners in the worst positions, like half volleys, completely extended and running, or moving backwards. Maybe the only thing he's lacking is the ability to produce very efficient shots with effortless spin/power, less physical strain and fatigue. Could be hard to maintain that level of physical effort throughout his carreer. Could be smart to start enriching/widening his strategy and use different paces/levels of spin. Seems like he's giving everything on every shot which is not always the most efficient strategy, although modern tennis at the top level is more and more like that. This is not particular to his forehand, also how he moves on the court, but its the shot that he's constantly pushing to the limits
@loladelmundo he doesn't need to become boring I'd just rather have him on the court entertaining us than injured. He seems to push his body to the limit on every ball that he hits. Just be a bit kinder with his body and sometimes come to the net earlier when he's already dominating the point. His volley instinct is excellent so keep working on it and develop a full attack/defense/counterpunch game. Take some cues from Djokovic to make his career last and be more strategic in his efforts like 100% full effort on important points but no point in tearing a muscle when you're serving 40-0. it's just small adjustments and learning to control the passion and will to entertain. also keep pushing to return the serves early except on clay.
It's a combination off Federer forhend nadal fighting Spirit and djokovic two handed backhand this boy is on another world i hope he and sinner be healthy i like this two and i think they have a chance to break the numbers off big 3 ❤
Those three massive forehands vs korda were ridiculous. Yes there r many players like Gonzales delpetro who had massive forehands. But alc consistency is other level
It's as if Carlos says, "I know. I shall bash the ball to smithereens." Or, perhaps it was summed up best by the fan who repeated several times, "What IS that?"
@@jm_1214 Really haven't seen much of this shot since Cincy last year. Rune is kind of in a similar situation where the forehand offense simply isn't as destructive, although both seem to be striking better this tournament.
And he’s still improving 😳
Norrie trying to cheat 10:13
Norrie :-)
Great vid. I'm here after watching Sinner's forehand video and I think Alcaraz's forehand is another level above what I didn't think possible 🤯
Love your content. Can watch Carlos on continuous loop.
Carlos is 2nd to Roger in hand eye coordination. It seems wherever the ball is, Carlos can produce a winner. Incredible to witness 🎉🎉🎉
😂joke ting
Rafa not exist to you?
@@TomSmith-il6pz What? Lol
The whole premise of the sport is hand eye coordination. That makes no sense

That forehand against Sinner 5:08 was SICK

Hopefully he’s healthy enough!
Lets see with his injuries :(
Well you called it! by that logic AO is next
And olimpic GOLD ..a
Amazing quality as always!! I like the editing a lot

Enjoyable to watch once and again🤩🤩🤩
What an amazing forehand! 🔥
0:22 rare moments i hear carlos yell "c'mon"
Hahaha its true!
The best content
He really is something else! 🎾🎾

BUT when he wants to produce a winner, he flattens it a bit, and hits it around 100 mph
also because of the drop shots
Wish the grass season could be longer🌱
Simply genius

He'll learn... Hopefully not through injuries like Nadal...
Hope he doesn't follow your advice, i dont wanna see him playing boring....that magic is what gets me addicted to tennis

What I find incredible is how he could generate such pace on the low balls, like the point with Felix Auger-Aliassime. Just incredible.

Sinner? No
Already the best forehand ever
I wish Carlos could play Federer

He will be better than Nadal. Amazing young man. :)
God mode🎉
Most of the times it is not the sheer power but the angles.
Goat
Sinncaraz is the new Fedal🎉
Sinner? No.
Cameron Norrie is a cheater. He sees the rebound perfectly and indicates a spot 40 cm off.
and you can add three to four more absolutely surreal FH winners vs Zverev in a BEE-utiful 2024 QF indian wells display
Delpo, RF, Carlos... look at their FH arms when they want to hit a winner, it's fully extended
You can tell he is more Federer like than Nadal like because he seems to struggle more on clay than other surfaces.
Norrie still playing college tennis, so low ..Hate him
It's a combination of roger rafa and novak's techniques
i can watch alcaraz and kyrgios trade forehand bombs all day
Cajones
Cojones. Cajones mean drawers 😂
@@viquiben4919 that too. Calvin Klein Cajones
Carlos is all time best better than big 3 even may be better than laver.
Tranquilo, no te alteres…
wow
His first serve percentage is ridiculously low. He needs to improve his serve and improvise more. His drop shots also need improvement
He would get all backhands if I were playing him =)
I think his forehand isn't as good as 2022 and first half of 2023
No it's not. Something isn't right
He seems to have picked up his forehand in this Indian Wells tournament though. It’s seems that more player is able to rush him of that size
He's gaining his form in Indian Wells. 103 mph against FAA and 105 mph against Marochan.
