My old team used to be toxic for this reason. Anytime someone would make a mistake after someone made a save the person who made the save would make them feel awful and like a total disappointment. Win as a team and lose as a team, but pointing fingers never leads to a positive mindset.
as a big fan of Erik I'm sooo glad he gets recognised for his amazing skills for me not just as a fan but as a volleyball player too he should've been the best libero of VNL so far this year anyways loved the video keep going with the great content😃🏐❤
