Erik Shoji (born August 24, 1989) is an American volleyball player. He is part of the US national team, bronze medalist at the Olympic Games Rio 2016 and the 2018 World Championship, 2014 World League and 2015 World Cup winner, Champions League winner (2022), Polish Champion (2022). At the professional club level, he plays for the PlusLiga team, ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle

well sometimes things just won't go how u want it to
My old team used to be toxic for this reason. Anytime someone would make a mistake after someone made a save the person who made the save would make them feel awful and like a total disappointment. Win as a team and lose as a team, but pointing fingers never leads to a positive mindset.
This is why Erik is the highest paid libero internationally. He loves the sport knowing two most important parts are libero and setter. When they work together it brings the team together stronger. David Smith is a great setter as well.

@@janai3341 Well let's just say he is a millionaire. His salary varies between $5K to $7k plus advertising as well as earnings from every match.

as a big fan of Erik I'm sooo glad he gets recognised for his amazing skills
for me not just as a fan but as a volleyball player too he should've been the best libero of VNL so far this year

@@haanis5458 I agree but Grebennikov played just at the finals and Erik had much more matches than him this time and in my opinion did better than him. I'm not against Jenia he's a great libero as well
