I'm surprised that the both are able to focus on that high level of play and still be able to talk at the same time. during a game, I'm constantly talking to my teammates but not in as joking of a manner, just more talking to coordinate about the play together...

Hey Erik, I just wanted to know if you can help out a Libero playing his second season. How do I stop using my knees that much? Like almost every ball I will drop down on my knee pads which is fine most of the time, but especially when digging balls on the right or left I often hit my bone on the floor as the side isn't padded. I do the same when playing beach volleyball, where it doesn't matter that much honestly. My knees are blue after almost every game/training because of that. Do you have any advice on that topic ? Also, great content as always!
