Beautiful Hurst/Olds indeed! Technically, Oldsmobile did manufacture the special 455 powered Cars on the Cutlass Supreme platform. Hurst installed the sunroof and special paint and wonderful designed Hurst Gold striping. By 1972, the Hurst Dual Gate shifter was an Oldsmobile option under code W-26. The actual 1972 Indianapolis 500 Pace car was fitted with many extra heavy duty and powerful components, such as 1970 W30 cylinder heads, , a W-30 Turbo Hydra-Matic 400 transmission, wider Vista Cruiser rear brakes and Olds big car brake components. Love to own this beautiful Hurst/Olds!
Excuse me For my ignorance but why would a car that has Seventeen thousand original miles need a full frame off Restor. Ation But the clincher was. The title says 17000 original miles, but I cannot verify that. Something funny is going on here
