We've lost an icon. Broke my heart when I heard he had passed. I only just discovered his channel. He had such a wide and rich wealth of knowledge. I hope he was able to pass it down and that there are people in his entourage who can manage to carry on his mission as he hoped. Rip Joe Hollis... You'll be remembered!
How did he pass? Cause of death ?
I had wondered, I only just found his station when seeking more information on the chinese vining yam... It was posted in 2013, so I went to see some recent videos to see if he was still around. Now I know. I suppose that means my message to him on the former video won't get through. :(
Thank you all for your amazing contribution in herbalism.
Great to see you back at it! I hope the rebuilding has gone/is going well!

Very smart man! Love what you're doing Joe. I'd love to learn more about the herbs and illustrate some of your plants!
I've seen these in my woods in NE Wisconsin before...I'll have to go explore to see if they're there any longer. Thanks for the wealth of info.
I have one male plant I bought from you several years ago... I will send an order for some seeds to help restore the population here in my CT area.
You are a national treasure. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I wish you longevity and health.
