I normally use face liquify, then i delete one of the little circles. you can adjust it and change the size to make it look how you want it to. I'm not sure if that is the proper way but this is definitely the easiest.
can you make a tutorial on how to use the makeup template without getting copyrighted? I used it twice and it got deleted by lens studio but when i removed the template, you can still normally use it

add a screen image, add your grain photo, alter alpha depending on how you want it, and change blend mode to how you want your grain to look :)
also add your grain image to texture
