I made the one you had shown in the bulky yarn and it turned out so perfect and easy that now I'm gonna make tons of them in 4 weight yarn and give them away to everyone 😊. I like this pattern better than any other because they turn out so soft, thick, and comfy unlike those flimsy 4 weight ones and these are so durable too! Well I have made it pass the magic circle and doing the fpdc rows for the size large. I hope to complete these they look so cute. Thanks for this video. Update I have made it past the BPDC part. I crochet the heel closed now working on the cuff. Looks like I am gonna be able to make this pattern. Yippeeee

Sure! Add an additional stitch to the beginning count, 14 or 15 instead of 13. this will increase the width. If you have his foot available you can use him as a guide. Work in the round until it meets the top of his ankle (toe to ankle). Then, when you crochet the heal, Create enough, rows to meet the back of his heel (midfoot to heel). This pattern can be easily adjusted for kids too, if you have the model available.
