All of the sprites made from scratch are gorgeous. Batsu and Tiffany look amazing. The Morrigan sprite is the one she always deserved and Lilith is gorgeous and accurate.

This is absolutely fantastic!!! Sidenote: it's funny how most the Capcom cast had to be given totally new additional supers to keep up lol Most of the SNK cast has their actual supers lol
Alot of the Capcom supers come from or are based on moves from sidegames, for example Nash gets a lot of his supers from MvC, and Ryu's punching super is from Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix of all places. Most of the level 2's are just more damaging versions of their usual supers so you're totally right in that regard.

Lots of hard work although the proportions are off on so many characters - still either has that kof look with a shading difference or the characters are far too small in their size or thin, other issues such as hands and feet etc... Love the portraits though.
They do what they can but yes. They basically swap one color to be the same as another color to fit capcom style. Then they make them slightly bigger. Instead of weeks or months of editing, it is done in a few mins. Still, it works just fine.
btw most of these super moves do very very little damage!! its ridiculous! whats this 19:36?? is it worth spending a super bar to do that? and what about 47:24?? thats the lamest Galactica Phantom of all games

Here's what i do know: •LP+LK is to dodge, KOF '94 & '98 style •MP+MK charges your Super Gauge, KOF '94 style •HP+HK activates an EX MAX like mode similar to KOF '98 but it has freeflow combos to it (and not everyone has this, for example Kula has MAX Mode from '98, but K' and Ryu have this EX Mode) •2 Punches/2 Kicks with an input command causes EX Specials, 3rd Strike style •There is a Parry mechanic, 3rd Strike style Also during Tag/Team Battles, I noticed that the CPU could swap characters and can call assists. How do you do that? Are there other mechanics that I'm missing?

The catch of Dan's lvl 3 ultimate taunt is that while it doesnt do any damage to the opponent in game, it does one shot them by giving them a seizure

Yes, if You downloaded the file i posted there is an "addon and fixes" folder. Install the ANTIALIASING FILTER in the game folder.

Actually they lose little life because your power bars relatively fill up a little faster than normal and apart you can recharge

in tag mode to use an assist press MP+LK, to switch either hold forward or back then press MP+LK

Hey, nope. Most characters for this one have a read me with a movelist thought.
Where did you find those characters or did you create them?
It's a complete game, I didn't put the mugen together and I didn't make any of those chars.
The only thing I will say about Ryo's specials is that his Melee attack looks slow to me, in CvS 1 and 2 it was blisteringly fast.

I think it is one of the best when it comes to POTS style characters. Overall I believe that KOF Wing is the one that could snatch the first place.
