My favorite new-ish bit is Jacob's inquisitive "...speak on that?" whenever someone (usually Julia) says something nigh-incomprehensible, basically daring them to justify themself. It's very good and I feel like he's been doing it more often.

Nobody gonna mention how impressive it is that Death is check-mating with a knight. One of the most difficult pieces to check-mate with. Truly an extremely deep lore nugget from Nathan about how much the person playing against Death is out of their depth.
Death has also, for every piece, either lost it or developed it so far up the board to be out of frame.

Which is especially impressive considering that Terry Pratchett says that knights are the pieces that Death struggles with the most. He’s improved so much! I’m so proud of him.
He’s probably mating with the smothers mate, in which the knight check a king walled by his own pieces, unable to move. It often require sacrificing a high value piece, like the queen. Such desperation, such angst! Some may call it… sexy

There's also "music for bugs - full album" by camiidae which is a soothing bop with adorable art that they drew themselves. I think you might like that and "cambrian animals !! full album" which I also enjoyed. Although you might have been recommended those by now anyway lol. Honestly, this is also the first thing I thought of when they said Death listens to some odd stuff... like it's not super duper weird compared to some of what they mentioned, the gingerbread baking white noise, but it's not that typical either. Edit: well that and some Cosmo Sheldrake music, including the bird tracks.

Karina's render is so good!! She painted an entire shadow the hedgehog in an already complex scene, basically doing two drawings in one and both of them look really good. This is why we should really appreciate how far Nathan has grown

My only note on Nathan's bones, is that he's drawn bones the way people draw bones. As karina said, "This is what I'd have drawn," and as julia said: "That's where I would have drawn the bones."
But enrealis, the human radius and ulna cross over each other when in these palm-down positions.
Not as he shoulda drawn 'better.' I just wanna spread neat little facts about human bone anatomy.

@@barghest94 I never lived there unfort, but I grew in Bama up going to national parks (okeefenokee, Everglades, etc.) so I’ve got a deep nostalgic fueled love of the region. And I know it’s ’normal’ but I still delight every time I see a possum fall off a log or an alligator stop and grumble for a bit in a sunny spot. Nature rocks

Episode idea:
One artist draws something and the other 3 render it.
Each in their own style, So there's 3 different renders of the same original sketch.
My favorite ultra-specific playlist that’s been recommended to me is “songs I’d get respectfully railed to” simply because of how out of pocket that is (I listened to it out of curiosity, and I may be ace but they were all bangers)
