Once you know what your customers expect from you, then you can start creating product/service to cater the audience. Actually, think starting a business like starting a channel, what you think your customer expect from you? For example, if you are good in IT and good in editing video, maybe you can venture in freelance digital marketing (creating content for your client, social media marketing or even creating apps for your client etc). If you're famous in UA-cam one day, you can even promote other company merchandise or be brand ambassador. 頑張って!
