Those that say old spice is for old people have obviously not smelled it on their younger spouse. I LOVE how it smells on my husband! Fuji is one of my favorites!
Fuji is my absolute favorite! I first smelled it years ago taking care of an older gentleman (lol) but it smells soooooo goooooood and doesn't in any way smell OLD to me!
Remember also that domestic violence shelters absolutely love those body gift boxes (and yes, the men's ones as well, they make kits for young men coming in). They are absolutely amazing for victims of abuse who often have to leave their homes with nothing. Tax deductible donations are the best.
Christine, you need the Walmart app to scan your items! Saves soooo much time. Its a different app then the grocery pickup app. We got to the store at 6:30 am this morning. I got a ton of Soft soap body wash sets, tons of razors, soft-soap hand soap for .50 , shampoo, coffee kcups for $1.46, cookies , snacks ... so much more!! We totaled the retail and it would be almost $400 of items and I only spent $136!! I am uploading a video tonight AND tomorrow because I got sooo much! Thanks for sharing! I always look forward to these videos!
@@FrugalFitMom oh. I was thinking you are like a pro at this I would think you would have the app and you did! My Target is like that with the wifi... drives me crazy!! Thanks again for sharing! I posted part 1 of my 50% haul and part 2 today. I got SOOO much!!
Hubby and I arrived at Wal-Mart at 6 am when doors opened. I got enough old spice to last my husband for a year. PLUS a lot of other gift packs. This sale is more important than black friday.
I picked up wrapping paper, a set of gift bags, gift tags, a child's xmas pj set, a xxl shirt for me (I'm not xxl, but big shirts make great sleep shirts), 2 spoon holders, 2 spatulas, xmas cards (half of this stuff was for a friend...they're not dragging a newborn out if they can help it). I also went to homegoods. 60sq feet of vintage Mickey mouse wrapping paper for $0.75 & pandas in santa hats for $1.50. I didn't need the paper...but it's so cute.
great buys! I did not do any clearance shopping because I still have enough toiletries to get me thru for at least six months and i am not purchasing anything else till I use up what I have. I have like 10 tubes of toothpaste yet, 11 bottles of detergent enough to last till march,,,,so I just made up my mind no purchases for any household consumables unless we are completely out! i am not purchasing any food either except milk, bread if absolutely necessary as i am trying to clear out the freezer and have a no spend period, i did this for several weeks, but had to purchase my glasses.....now i am at it again, trying not to spend anything except what is budgeted and even though budgeted if it is not absolutely necessary it aint getting bought...
I went to Walmart this morning, too, as well as Hobby Lobby and Belk. My video is uploading right now. I just wanted to mention that if you have the Walmart app, it has a scanner on it so that you can scan from your phone to see the prices and don't have to find one of those in-store scanners. Hugs, Kim
Leslie Hobbs Ooooh. Is it an easy recipe? I’m allergic to a lot of things so I have buy expensive stuff that rarely goes on sale. I feel your pain! ~ Maura
THAT “PLAIN” AVEENO WASH IS THE ONE THAT CALMS THE SKIN FOR YOUR HUBBY! The powder for the tub works the absolute best ( make a type of paste and put it on flare ups, like a mask) I have recommended it and friends and family all over the world have tried it on their psoriasis eczema, ect and it has worked for everyone. 👍🏼
I did the coupon thing and ended up with 100 sets for just the tax (our Gillette ones had $5 Qs.) We donated 70 of them to a local shelter and the rest will last us until next year this time.
My daughter and I got to Wal-Mart about 6:30 this morning. She spent 100 dollars and I spent 50. Mostly present wrapping supplies for my daughter and we got some toiletries as well. I got 1 of the Aveeno kits too.
I saw one of your holiday body care hauls a couple years back. I usually hit up target(despise walmart), but this is the only time I will go to wal mart. get my mom & dad some a kit or 2 for when they get back from winter in florida. Thanks for sharing about the half price kits. Aveeno kits were great at 4.94/piece. I'll get the ibotta rebate as well.
For the past several years my pre-lit tree has had electrical gremlins/sections burnt out/would come on and then off, etc. Mine is probably from about 2006 or 2007. This year my husband got tired of messing with it (he's an apprentice electrician) so he decided to cut all the lights off the tree and we'd just put lights on the old fashioned way again. I do not suggest cutting the lights off a pre-lit tree, there are a ton of them! I had tree needles everywhere for days! However, I now have a tree with regular LED lights that has lights full on. The LED's should last a life time.
No luck at my Walmart tonight. Apparently I was 12 hours too late. BUT... I did score the Axe and Gillette gift sets at my Walgreens. 50% off plus I had reward points I used which saved me another $10 off. So I got 5 gift sets for $18. So I’m pleased with that! As always thank you for all the money saving ideas. Love that you are frugal and share your ideas with us. Frugal but not in a cringey weird way.
I know this video is old but I just recently stumbled upon your channel, it caught my eye bc I have been going to Walmart the last 2-3 years the day after Christmas, always get these items and stock up for the year! I never thought to look for wrapping paper that looks like not 100% Christmas for other occasions throughout the year, also never thought to get the coupons out of the kits!! These are must do’s for next year!! Thanks!!
Frugal Fit Mom oh bummer!! Another idea for those treat bags... put your home canned jam in there too with some paper shred. It’s a cute presentation Genius idea on the non-Christmas wrapping paper. I my need to go back.... 😬
We love the Old Spice scents! We went yesterday, which was probably why there wasn't much left. We got one Olay set, 3 of those Adidas ones, and some little stocking stuffers like hand lotion with hand sanitizer ($1 each) and bath fizz packets ($0.50 each.) I also grabbed some candy melts and each kid got a new ornament.
🇨🇦 my daughter and I went to shoppers today and got the face wash/ moisturizer brand box set we like for $20. Just the face wash is $15. We got enough for the year. I also got the aveno kit and mine had the body wash and it was $7.
Great finds and sales. My husband and I both found a Christmas pack of 2 Gillette razors and like 20 razor blades before Christmas so I'm going to go check and see if they have them on sale. I pray I find them.
I buy food on an annual basis. Guilty. Thanksgiving is a stock up heaven. I was shocked when I went into Costco in August and they had 8 packs of Stove Top for $3 a pack. I bought quite a few and donated some. I know I'm going to do at least 2 casseroles a month and buy mushroom soup. Tomatoes when they go on sale and stocked by the case. Veggies go down soon. The only thing I buy during the year is really fresh produce and meat. That along with my canning and I'm set. Target has some good clearances too.
Thank you for sharing. Check Lowe's or Home Depot for a clearance Christmas tree. I got mine a few years ago after Christmas from Lowe's and we are very happy with it. Good luck. I hope you find one.
So jealous! I usually go out as well but I got a knee injection that went wrong and I can't walk. Silver lining, I still have stuff from last year! There's always next year! Sorry you didn't get your tree!
My 3 cousins are Aggies too. They took us to Kyle Stadium 4 years ago for the midnight yell and game. It's a long way from rural Australia for us though.
Love getting the gift sets after Christmas. We ordered several at Walmart.com Christmas Day and got free shipping. I always use them in my kids Easter baskets.
Great deals! But that is A LOT of body wash. I bought a microwave on Walmart.com today in clearance. At Walgreens I got my normal 2 rolls of wrapping paper for next year and 2 bags of candy for kids. God bless 🙏🏼❤️
I have 2 Walmart’s within 10 miles of each other and both of them are so gross. I feel cheated here! Cute pj’s!! We ended up having to get a fake tree this year and got it from Wayfair. It was originally $500 but got it for $125. It looks real. I keep going to check the stand to see if I need to add water 😂
We went out today. I picked up a Johnson & Johnson hair kit for $4.98( $5 on Ibotta) Free. I pick up several extension cords, outdoor timers, and a tool to fix lights. I found gift bags, gift card holders for .74 each. I pick up a few decorations $3 and under. I found 52 piece bag of candy for $2.35( $1.75 back on Ibotta) .60 OOP. I found tons of Hershey Kisses & M & M's. I bought 4 bags at 1.44 each. On Christmas Eve my Kroger had Nestle baking chips for .50 each. Nothing near expiration. Totally stocked up. I make various cookie dough for the year and freeze it. It is super simple to pull together a cookie platter throughout the year. I always wait until all ingredients are on sale or deeply discounted. The dough makes wonderful neighbor or family gifts as well. Merry Christmas.
Nice haul!! I didn't realize the Johnson baby sets were on Ibotta till I got home! UGH! Hopefully I can make it back and grab them. What an awesome deal!
Old Spice totally skips a generation. my dad refused to wear it because it's what his father wore and now I love it when men wear it cause it doesn't smell like my dad hahahaha
Those that say old spice is for old people have obviously not smelled it on their younger spouse. I LOVE how it smells on my husband! Fuji is one of my favorites!

I always thought old spice was for old people! UNTILL i bought it for my husband! Omg!! I love it now. Lol.
If your grandpa didn't wear this you wouldn't be here 😂🤣😂🤣 love it! Great finds I also enjoy Christmas clearance shopping.

Seriously laughed out loud at the Old Spice grandpa comment. 😂 #Accurate
Why do I look forward to this video every yr? God I love a good stockpile. 👍🏻❤️
You and me both!
The ones with red you could possibly use on February 14.

Forgot to say : of course keep the “mask” on for as long as possible (overnight works the best ) and then just shower as normal
This is exactly what I do every year go for the Clarence Walgreens also have good clearance and CVS to

Its the pjs. I find so much body products on clearence or on a special offer. I buy alot of clothing from charity shops etc.
I noticed Walmart online had trees on clearance. Maybe try there
I have never seen anyone stockpile so much stuff! Yay for you!!!
You can use the barcode scanner on your Walmart app to check prices. That worked for me today
My phone doesn't work inside Walmart. :(

Love the epic battle music in the beginning!
Mine goes to 75% off the 31st. I wait till than and there’s always a ton left to purchase
My store always has nothing left by the end of the 26th! By the 31st the shelves are basically empty. :(
Frugal Fit Mom oh man that sucks. I live way up north in Michigan. Nobody goes out to shop in this cold weather lol.
The clothing stores, like jc Penney and khols take a few days to go through the returns so the 31st is the best time to go.
Wow! All the walmarts in my area are always completely wiped out by the end of day on the 26th.
I went again today and my store had TONS of hand soaps left and 75% off now.
Jealous! My hand soaps are one of the first ones to go.
I went to meijer they didn't have alot.I was looking for dove shower gel no go on that.Got my mom a shampoo and conditioner. You got a good haul.
