  • We are back with a new series entitled #enneagramandwings !
Often times people think that wings only offer an added layer of clarity about their dominant type when they are really so much more. The goal in this series is to answer the question, "why are wings important"? Each day I will breakdown wings and dig into how they can profoundly change each enneagram type.
Join me for the #Enneagramandwings series and learn how you can use your wings.

This is the comment we all came for. Thanks for saving me 7 minutes of wasted time.

As an 8, you won’t be surprised that I found this video to be fluffy. Could you get more into examples of how wings help in real world professions. Even how wings effect leadership skills?

Similar to another comment, as a video for an 8, I was finding myself distracted (especially in the beginning) with so much unrelated commentary. Ian was very 4ish in his detailed storytelling :-). My biggest learning was that I can actually consciously choose which wing I lean into in various situations. I've never considered this before and realize I've certainly done it, and often. Thanks for these supplemental videos guys!

Wow... this series has been so enlightening. I thoroughly enjoy learning about leaning in to either of our wings to bring the best versions of ourselves to any project, problem and opportunity. It’s been a game changer for me. Thank you!

As an 8w7w I definitely relate. I also relate to fact lean into resources of both wings and have leaned more to a 9 as I enter 2nd half of life. Im still gregarious, and much more diplomatic now

When I was Younger my seven wing was more dominant right now as I get older or more mature I see that my 9 is the dominant one now more I become more laid-back and calm and easy going But I love my 7 wing too but I prefer being more in my 9 wing🤍 love your videos there are really helpful thank you guys

It was really helpful to hear your own experience leaning into different sides of your number. As an 8, I've learned to lean into my 9 side professionally and as a parent, but I love living 8w7 when I can let that energy all out!

For other 8's watching this, start the video around the 7 min mark. Everything before this is irrelevant.

I wouldn’t enjoyed the video more if legit 60% of it would have actually been about enneagrams 8 and their wings… it was kinda too vague to be useful

First three minutes are painful small talk.
