I cover key concepts that you need to know and guide you through step by step to make sure you cover as much as possible. Step 1: Prioritize your study material @1:08
- Identify your weakness
- Ask your classmates
- Look at past papers or exams
Step 2: Make a document @ 5:29
- Create a study document
- Color code topic you can re-call easily, topic you can re-call adequately, and topic you don't the material at all.
- Start writing important parts such as weaknesses or repeated words from your lectures
Step 3: Create a study schedule @ 7:07
- Using the Pomodoro method
- Take breaks such as getting something to eat or doing a physical activity
Step 4: Make use of your friends or classmates @ 9:35
- Ask friends who are on top of their studies
- Your friend's strengths can help your weaknesses.
Step 5: Find a focus space @ 11:07
- Limit distractions
- Use noise-cancelling headphones if needed
- Use a timer
- Have snacks to maintain the flow of focus
Step 6: Use active revision techniques @ 13:58
- Blurting method
- Feynman Technique
- Practice tests
- Try other learning methods such as Meunomics or visual diagram
- Synthesize new knowledge with what you know
Step 7: Sleep @ 21:15
- Neuroplasticity is real
- Quality sleep is important
- Sacrifice sleep for 1 or 2 hours if needed.
Step 8: Exam day prep @ 23:37
- Eat proper nutrition or meal before your exam
- Breathing techniques
Step 9: Review your cheat sheet or study document @ 26:38
- Focus on your weaknesses and strong concepts
- Learn from your failures and instead of giving up and be sad about it

I am in the 12th grade, and I have already taken the exams for the subjects that are non-added to the score and I will begin the exams for the subjects added to the score on the 22nd. In fact, I did not do well at the beginning of the year, so there are two subjects that I know almost nothing about, other than the topics that I missed in the other subjects, so after watching this video, I decided to apply these tips to make the most of the remaining days, and I hope to get 98%, so I will work hard in the remaining time, and I will come in August to announce the results. Hi, Jun! I first encountered you on Instagram, then I recently found out you also run a UA-cam channel, and here I am😅. We’re going to have an exam within this week, and the components for every subject will be the ones we’ve discussed since 1st grading/quarter to 3rd grading/quarter; and I am overwhelmed. How am I going to study dozens of topics per subject within 2 days? 🤯 They announced the examination date last week, but I ended up procrastinating during the weekend, now I only have tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow AAAAAAA! Hi! I have important exams next week (the first one on Monday) and I'm trying not to freak out so thank you for this video! However, I have a question for you. I will start a new semester in the last week of February and I will go on a Work&Travel programme at the end of May. That means that I will have to pass all the tests and exams (probably 6 tests and 5 exams) in April and May and the exam session is at the end of June/beginning of July. What would you recommend? How to plan it and not burn out! I don't want to have bad grades, because I am doing pretty good right now. Thank you for your help!

I am a PSYC major and Neuroscience is kicking my behind. I really want to pass all my courses this semester cuz i have a goal to get at least a 3.8 GPA by the end of this year and right now i am at 2.8....I think my brain has associated studying with playing games (toon blast) on my phone...i can't seem to disassociate them....please help me please please please....i really need your help.
