It's a very pretty product and I'm glad you reviewed it. I haven't tried it yet, but you're one of the handful of UA-camrs whose reviews I trust and I'm grateful to know your thoughts on the product if I ever decide to pick it up.
"I'm using it everywhere today; except for on the body, because I can't be bothered..." Or so you think. Give it a minute. Kat's gonna wake up with glitter on the bottoms of her feet! Glitter and gravity, SMH. Love the video, thanks, Kat!
I cant believe this one is having a revival after many years of people crapping on sparkly highlighters but I'm not mad to see it back. I love sparkles so it never left my makeup stash. Stila heavens dew is surprisingly still around too with 3 more colors to go with silverlake (which is a dupe for the fenty white diamond bomb). Also, its weird hearing people say it's subtle now where when it came out people were saying it's a chunky disco ball.
@@KitschSnitch Does it seem reformulated? I'm wondering if they made it with fewer particles than the original release which makes it not as 'disco ball?'
I've always wondered if the Stilla Heavens dew highlighter is the same as the Fenty one. Clear base with sparkle. If you can compare those it would be great.
Just for reference, I have had the mini for three years and use it at least once a week and I’m absolutely certain it has at least another 18 months left in it
I have all 4 shades & I only use them for my chest and shoulders & to top off my shimmery eye look ( yes, shimmer on top of shimmer ) it’s my go to looks & I’ll sometimes put them on my hair or my clothes too … but i personally don’t like to use them as highlighter because I feel like they look weird on me . But other than that I LOVE them all!! & I even bought a backup of the How many carats?! Highlighter because I love it that much ! Lol 😃😃♥️♥️😁😁😁✨✨✨
They look gorgeous! Aaah lucky to have so many in your collection! That sounds like a really fun way to use them! They look weird on you how (if u don't mind me asking)?
I love the Fenty Diamond Bomb but a few years ago I found an exact dupe by Lottie London. I don't know if Lottie London still makes that product but as far as I can tell, it is a an exact dupe of the Fenty for just a few (American) dollars. Edited to add: if the Lottie London product is not an EXACT dupe, any differences are so minor that they are not visible on the skin, when you actually wear it.
Someone talked here about Lottie London and can definitely confirm that it’s a great dupe, I also like it in gold color which compliments tanned skin during the summer, because it’s just like fenty without base color it doesn’t look too dark
I nearly picked it up on Black Friday because I have no highlighter but I bought a Kaleidos one from my order of the lip clays which is very close to being delivered after 20 days.
The big kid in me was like ‘put it in your hair, please put it in your hair’ and you did and I liked it 😂 so is glittery shimmery stuff on the face and lips coming back in trend then 🤔 love a glittery lip but haven’t seen many about in the past few years and I’m running out of my only one, great vid 😊❤
I bought this product a few years ago. And then was like, it’s too glittery. So I decluttered it. Then I kept seeing it online when it reached another level of hype and thought maybe I’d give it another go. It was still too glittery, so I decluttered it again. And now this video has me wondering if I should buy it again…
You can apply it for an inner corner and cupids bow highlighter too. Also it’s really pretty used wet, spray your brush before picking it up or spray the skin before applying. I think they used a filter in that video that niki was oohing and awwing over. 😉
Good tip. I personally don’t like using eyeshadows wet because they start looking crinkly on my lids and even start to flake into my eyes at the end of the day 😅
@@KitschSnitchMaybe a little too wet? I like it for the cheeks if I want extra shine and it helps it to stick. I only use it that way sometimes and only very slightly “wet”, more ever so slightly damp.
@@KitschSnitch Hmm shadows don’t go foiled for me when I use something to make them stick as long as I’m only using the smallest amount. Any type of glitter adhesive will make it shine more and stay longer too. I remember your favorite used to be too faced, I like Karla cosmetics fix potion.
I never exoected it to become viral after years! I finally got it last year and it's living on my vanity because i jsenit every other day over my shimmer shadows in the eyes. A staple topper. Tomorrow I'll use it as a highlighter.
I have hair glitter that grows for free .. it's lovely tho, on the face. If my Christmas list wasn't already way too long .. this might get added. thanks as always for the review. Love youse x
i JUST managed to hunt it down. i wanted to get it for my birthday which was in November, it was unavailable online, then for Christmas - same story and FINALLY got it
I want this so bad but its very expensive and I have two rituel de fille products which are very similar. If someone here has this and the alchemist...whats the difference?
Had this, gave it away. Beautiful on video, but in real life, was straight up glitter. At over 40, wasn’t a vibe for me. Felt like I was wearing cheap kid’s makeup.
Someone talked here about Lottie London and can definitely confirm that it’s a great dupe, I also like it in gold color which compliments tanned skin during the summer, because it’s just like fenty without base color it doesn’t look too dark
I love using it over shadows, cream shadow’s especially there’s a bit less fallout

Haha it washed off with surprisingly little trace
@@KitschSnitch good to know! I'm not a fan of glitter, but It was stunning in low light, and I'm in love with the wet look shadows...

Also Makeup by Mario has the Master Crystal Reflectors which are the same sort of thing.
I like glitter, so for me it’s subtle 😆

No idea sorry. I never tried the first release
Try the makeup by Mario master crystal reflector very similar but the twinkle is more colorless, less silver toned than the fenty
This product is one of my favorites! In use it as an eyeshadow topper all the time.
Beautiful highlighter! 🙏🥰
Thank you so much for the support ❤️☺️
This is the skin of a killer, Bella

It's the same, but the Stilla it's more expensive and less product 😊
I used to use it as a topper for my cheeks and eyes. Got tired of it for a while, and now somehow is becoming viral again😂

That’s fantastic! (Horrible to pan, but great value and longevity)
I have this in shade royal icing and I love it, I prefer warmer or more gold or champagne leaning highlighters so that shade is perfect for me
I recently got the set with the mini diamond bomb and a gloss and I love the diamond bomb, I use it as eyeshadow only tho❤
I’ve always been so curious about this product but never know which shade to get. It looks so pretty on you 😍
Well when you're beautiful already and have gorgeous hair then of course it looks good! Thank you for the ideas 😍💞

Yes I have it and love it!!! I actually like it better than the Fenty one!!!
I think the ND Nude Palette has one too
I got my sister to get me that highlighter when it first came out in the States. I still really like it.
💜💜💜tfs💜💜💜 whats better than Kat? Sparkly Kat!!
Haha ✨✨✨

Wuhuuuuu very excited about this review!!!!
You just made me sorry that I've slept on this one & now we can't get it in Oz😢
It's exactly what I've been looking for in a highlighter!!❤
Cyruous how this would compare to the rituel de fille highlighter but i don't know if they ship to Australia!
Rituel De Fille is in store in Australia, but I haven’t been too interested in the brand personally
You should try cezzane highlighter, it gives the same type of effect

If you still have the Nabla highlighters can you compare to Ozone pls?
It’s very different to the Nabla one. That one isn’t sparkly and it’s more of a traditional champagne highlighter ☺️

So do I. I was hoping to camouflage it 😆✨
Fenty is amazing celebrity product
i JUST managed to hunt it down. i wanted to get it for my birthday which was in November, it was unavailable online, then for Christmas - same story and FINALLY got it
Because there is no base can I work for darker skin tones? I always wanted to get this one.
It should do, I’ve used it over eyeshadows and it doesn’t change or lighten the colour underneath
It’s more likely to. It’s more about if the cool tone of this shade suits your skin tone. If not, I would use the more gold or rosy toned one ☺️
Have gone from blonde to silver (midlife crisis) - going to try it in my hair!
I want this so bad but its very expensive and I have two rituel de fille products which are very similar. If someone here has this and the alchemist...whats the difference?
In the sun also I just got mine
Physicians formula has very similar product
PF is not in Aus anymore sadly
Natasha Denona Mini Diamond has the same formula
You have the most perfect nose!
Tell me Kat I need to know, is it worth the hype? ❤

It’s a matter of personal opinion, I think it’s beautiful in real life… I’m not over 40, but I’m nearly 38.
This kind of makes me want to bathe in it.
yyyyyessss
Wow that’s waaaaaaayyyy too much money for some sparkle. There’s plenty of beautiful sparkly highlighters out there for reasonable prices.
Someone talked here about Lottie London and can definitely confirm that it’s a great dupe, I also like it in gold color which compliments tanned skin during the summer, because it’s just like fenty without base color it doesn’t look too dark
Good to know! It’s not a brand available in Australia, but that dupe suggestion might help other people ☺️❤️
