I spent so much time in Orzammar my first run through DAO, I still think DAO means Dragon Age Orzammar. Or Dragon Age Ohgren. That guy still cracks me up. So much lore, and for just one of the races. Looking forward to a Carta episode!
Dragon age Dwarves are my favorite because they highlight what I love about Dragon age. It sticks to fantasy tropes while at the same time turning them upside down. Dwarves are bearded hard driving tough talking fighters but their society is built on intrigue, backstabbing and manipulation instead of the stereotypical Might = right society we normally see. Warriors are actually ranked below some merchants in the social heriarchy.

In an ideal world Bioware would pay you handsomely to do the whole of Ferelden with equal care and thoroughness.
I have a whole playlist of videos about Ferelden if you like :)
If that City falls, the world will fall.
This was such an interesting and detailed overview. Looking forward to more dwarf lore vids!
I do love that City and the dwarves warts-and-all
I always appreciate it more Dwarven lore
An excellent way to start my morning

I'd solo all the dwarves with my pinky finger
The greatest city in the world.
