This solved an issue I have had for a very long time, but not for captions. I found with captions, just setting the style and offset in the Caption Setup works very well and can Group the caption with the image as well as use the saved image's metadata description as the caption, which is perfect.
However, I have wanted a way to make chapter titles start at a lower position on the page (from the rest of the pages in the chapter) without inserting paragraph returns and this is perfect for that. Using the Text Frame Options Offset to Leading completely solves this and making the text frame an Object Style makes it so I can apply it to only the first page of a chapter. Great to add as part of a book template. I have used Auto-Size for a long time too and it has a prominent place in my workflow. Thanks for this video. I love learning new things about an app I have used since 1999.

Nice. I like it. I use auto-size often. It can be nicely combined with anchor and all in an object style.

Why isn't the autosize feature, default on any text box????

It's definitely not something you would want on any and all frames. Much of the time you are constrained by page size or layout (like in a magazine or newspaper), where you need to make the text fit the frame. It can also be a little unpredictable and it isn't constrained by the page size necessarily, which can cause issues. The great thing is, you can make it the default for all new documents: Set the attribute as part of your base object style for text frames. -EG
