When I was a younger child (40 years ago 😂) I lived in Guam. In school we had a guy come and show our class how to make coconut candy. We watched him shred coconut & cook it, it was so good, I never forgot it! Years went by and I oftentimes wondered still, how did he make it. Well today, I searched, your video was the first I watched. It looks just as I remembered, he left it loose & we ate it just like that. Thank you for the video! ❤
