Hi Sir...After regular classes iniki tha marathon I am seeing right before exams... Romba useful ah iruku sir...Last min revision ku...Thanks a lot sir....Apdiye RTP video um podunga sir For FM Nov 23 😊🎉
Sir I'm happy that I found you... I was attending coaching class in one of the banglore institution...but I didn't feel satisfied by their coaching... I left that institution after attending 1st group coaching..... For 2nd group I decided to do self study... And I found you like a life saviour in the middle of ocean ❤ your teaching is very elegant and very much easier to understand...even if I get any minute doubt you are covering that also in your video even without asking... Thank you sir❤
Sir one doubt in problem no 1 . Why we shouldn't take for preference share's Market value calculation - 20 lakhs (BV)/100 each = 20000 shares and MV for each share as 24 lakhs/20000 shares =120 rs per share ? Because you took MP per share of eq, pref and debentures x no of shares for problem no 2.. please clarify this doubt sir.. Thank you in advance.. Your classes are awesome ❤️ Gaining confidence in fm 👍
In qn 1 they directly given in qn. Eq. Market value and bookvalue is given in tabular form. But in qn 2 we have to calculate Marketvalue. In qn they have given Mv for each share so we calculated 15cr/10 =1.5cr*mp
Sir, got clarity in this chapter, thanks a lot & i have 2 doubts . . . Doubt 1: In problem no.1, why we can't take for pref share market value calculation, 20lakh(BV of Shares)/100 each = 20000 shares & market value of each share as 24lakh(Given market value)/20000 shares = 120 each? Because in 2nd problem, we calculated total market value by multiplying the market price per share × total shares, right? Hence, by this method in problem 1 why can't we? Doubt 2: In problem 1, they given the total market value of equity & as you said, if we want to put the market value for retained earning also means, we can put in the proportion of their book value, because in that 1,60,00,000 itself market value of retained earnings also is there, right? Idk whether my Understanding is crt in this point or not but i have doubt in problem 2, while calculating the market value of equity, 1st we are about to find the No. of shares, for that why we took only, that 15cr/10 each, like i thought we should take 15cr+20cr/10 each, because if retained earnings doesn't have seperate market value & it is included in market value of equity itself means, while calculating Number of shares in order to compute market value of equity, we should have included that book value of retained earnings also na. If anyone read it means, pls clarify, if i was wrong na, sry for that, thanks in advance.
@@caganeshbharadwaj so if I have already taken regular classes and completed it and for the revision of FM is needed then I can refer this. Am I right?
