@@QwertNikol Yep, in the full game there is an ability called "Unarmed Finisher" and that's where they use the finishers you created (which are cool by the way!) and the counter attacks are applied by the enemies.
Hey man these animations are really nice! And a good number of them as well. But can you make some counter animations in which the player and the enemy are not standing face to face? Like maybe the enemy is behind the character and tries to punch him or maybe on the left or right of him? That will be awesome!
@@QwertNikol Not necessarily stealth though. It could be a scenario like in the Batman Arkham games where the player needs to fight multiple enemies at a time. Some of them attack him from behind and some from the side too. So it could be useful in that case!
I agree with this guy. As most of these early counters can easily be put together with well timed "parry" regular attacks. But counters from different directions would actually be unique. Good stuff on the finishers tho. Will keep it in Wishlist as i do like some of the counters and finishers very much.
@@QwertNikol for cinematic stuff, I like taking advantage of blending transitions for the animations on the Unreal Sequencer. It's a simple method, though it requires I add in the transform keyframes by hand. If I try that with root motion, during the transition the character is likely to be dragged to a different spot. But IP animation blends real nice with this technique. There's probably some way to achieve the same goal with rootmotion animations but I'm self-taught and haven't discovered it yet.
@@micahmoore-portfolio1044 Hm, You can turn on/off the rootmotion in animatison. And aslo you can click RMB on animation sequnce at sequnsercer and select "match with this bone in Pervious/Next clip and select "root".
I've been using this technique for the past couple days. In some cases it works, in some it's tricky, and sometime it crashes unreal. Like I almost finished chaining 5 animations together but UE crashes every single time I try to match a bone to a particular animation. It is handy to have a way to connect bones of a previous animation - I'm very grateful for your insight. It will help! I think in Sequencer that process is a bit glitchy and not super reliable.
The cinematic version of it makes it look way cooler, just goes to show how an animation can be transformed to look even greater with good filming.
@QwertNikol did you make those camera moves yourself? Can you share how this works? It indeed helps a lot!
@@hiQer why you asking him ? is just a random guy watching videos :))
@@MaxStudioCG2023 lol dunno!
Would love to see a Knife Finisher Pack!!!
OMG so good! Please make it available for Unity! (I am still waiting for your Parkour on Unity :)
¡Well done!
These animations are in the video game "Midnight Fight Express"
Oh, really, I didn't know, I only played the demo.

@@QwertNikol lol I didn't expect that haha, thanks.
Beautifull project
These are crazy good animations. So fun! Will you release this pack for Unity?
You can already use them in Unity and Unity in Unreal. Takes little effort.
Great pack! Just added it to my game.

I'll think about it. I would like to do attacks from the back, but this is related to stealth.

@@QwertNikol thank you for replying 🙂
Very nicely done!
Nice! if I am not making a fighting undead game, will definitely want to get this. : )
Pretty sure this was used in Midnight Fight Express
Yes, it is, I myself was pleasantly surprised by this fact.
Sick!!!!!
I luv the animations do you have a package for Unity
Looks very high quality, do the same on swords or katanas
OMG that is Insane.
damn, you're good.

Thanks! This is a hand-key (keyframe animations).

This is insanely good. Any plans to do any grappling and throw animations?
Thanks! Yes, I'm planing.
@@QwertNikol Nice, looking forward to it
Holy shit i recognize these moves from midnight fight express
hey really great work!!!...... i have a small doubt will this finisher works for android games ?
Yes, the platform does not play a role for the animations to work.
looks amazing! congrats! when will this be available? :)))
In the coming days, I am now going through moderation in the store.
@@QwertNikol AWESOME:))!
How did you made the camera that will follow the action of the animation? 0:57 Looks cool please i need to know.
Keyframe animation.
Nice. I don't use UE. What format are these in? Can I use them for Blender or iClone (easily)?
You can pull animations from the UE4 in FBX.
This is dope can these be used in unity
8 is crazy no cap
Thanks!
Can you make some from the back?
Awesome work! Great job. Is in-place animation included as well?
No. It is roomtotion. Why you need in-place for animations of this type?
