word up and it's unhealthy to surpress ANY emotion, we gotta learn to deal with it and RELEASE our emotions. That's why "real men don't cry" is bs. For example. You should cry if you feel like it, you can still be the toughest creature in a 200 mile radius. But you didn't surpress that feeling which turned into a knot which turned into a deadly disease.. And that's literally what CAN happen when you just push problems or emotions away instead of dealing with them head on.

We are not as "emotional" as women..granted both men and women have emotions but it's the ability to react in a logical manner or remain balanced that separates the sexes...

Jealousy, anger, emotions in general are all on a spectrum. We all experience these feelings but it might not be to the extent of another person. So yes, we all share the same types of emotions/feelings. Experiences are different and people are unique.
Exsctly. I have seen women who were emotionally Hurt by a Man seek out to Physically hurt him because that guy Broke her heart. Now how the hell does Emotionally pain Equal to Physically stabbing, shooting an harming a person?
Bottom line, Men and women are not equal. We are complimentary, to one another, we are interdependent.
Two things can be true at once. Equal means balanced. And I think people forget that. Hot water and cold water are both water and are equal in terms of atomic make-up. The difference is they have different uses and applications. But one isn't inherently superior to the other.

I think it’s possible. The emotions of the male are murky, society doesn’t allow for the wiggle room of self awareness. A lot of the emotions are similar, but it’s the trauma that prevents holding emotions to account.
As a man that just lost his wife and that is having conversations with other men that lost their wives, I can guarantee you that men are capable of feeling emotion as deeply as a woman.

I think all the preset, predetermined role playing in relationships is the cause of these misunderstandings. Ultimately, it’s not natural to TELL men and women who they’re supposed to be. It’s natural to just be who you are without being ordered or pressured. Oftentimes, shit doesn’t work out because people either fail or refuse to meet the expectations set by their partners, which are the expectations DICTATED by society. People should decide what roles they want to play in a relationship, then find someone who agrees with that. 💯

I'm a psychologist and have studied Neuropsychology. IT IS NOT TRUE that a women's part of brain dealing with emotions is bigger. The differences based on neurological research is that men find it more difficult to process emotions due to brain structure unless it's a threat (e.g a fight or flight situation) its called the dmPFC pathway that causes this.
