4:23 I can answer this one: it’s because the arms are a separate character which were placed behind the main body. Putting the arms in front of the main body would look much worse than the weird hair placement. However this they could make the back hair a separate character and place it behind everything to fix this issue but that would make posing the oc a lot more tedious and I don’t think it’s worth the extra effort tbh.
