If you're super worried about how animals are treated but you still want to eat meat, I highly suggest buying your meat from a butcher. The meat that I purchase comes from local farms, and they are not slaughterhouses. You might have to go to a more rural part of the city you live in, but I think it's completely worth it.
Knowing what they go through yet still loving meat, I just try not to waste any animal products that I use or consume. They suffered so I could enjoy whatever it is that was made from them. Might as well honor them by making sure I don't waste anything. But that's just me.

They are grifters, animal abusers, and mom of the year, Amy, was arrested in September at a frickin zoo and was charged with drug possession and child endangerment. Yeah, her her is getting more teal with each wash because the toner is washing out and revealing more of the bleached (yellowish) hair underneath. Unnatural colors, especially pastels and cool tones, require a lot of keep up inbetween the appointments (if you prefer to go the salon route) but tbh it’s not even that hard, she could just use purple/blue shampoo or slap on some toner once every week or two to cancel out these yellow tones, she can even leave it in overnight for a more permanent effect.
I’m happy for them and like I was worried that Tammy might never get there BUT SHE DID!! And when she could fit into the car when Chris was taking her somewhere and encouraged her to try and the ABSOLUTE JOY they both had in that moment Po I stg I cried a little when that happened. Straight up.

amy's hair looked totally different because her hair wasn't lifted and toned enough for that shade of blue. it doesn't mean the stylist was bad or necessarily that amy didn't upkeep it properly, it's just that icy colours usually are a bit of a process to attain. that was probably as much as could be asked of her hair, and it's going to be porous and lose some of the toning with regular washing, that's normal. she has a great base to work from if she wants to keep going for icy tones, though.
I've lost 62lbs in the past 6 months, and I'm so proud of that. But FOUR HUNDRED pounds! Jesus, that's incredible! I am so so proud of Tammy! I have loved watching her and Amy and how much they've changed over the years❤❤❤
Besides that, I think if you actually looked into meat alternatives you'd enjoy them. I made plant-based carne asada bowls for the week and they're pretty bomb. I got really into trying plant based recipes during the pandemic. I also find it very fun to make plant-based meals, and trying new things. PERSONALLY, I was not trying to be preachy at all.
I love the way your commentary flows so naturally, it keeps me clicking on all of your videos. For background noise, 😂sometimes in place of tv. Other creators are way too forced/scripted, you’re very easy to listen to 💛

I know this isn’t involving Tammy or Amy but it’s about the slaughter of cows, amazingly enough a women named temple grandin who is autistic, made an amazing humane, and calm design for slaughtering cows so that way they go through the process as painlessly and calmly as possible. There’s a movie made about her on HBO. She truly cared about these animals and wanted to change the way slaughter houses ran And she did. Now roughly half of the slaughter houses in the US have her designs implemented. In turn less injuries and less unnecessary deaths and a ton less stress for the cattle!
There was an influence. But that design is not even close to the industry standard. Most of the meat average people buy comes from very inhumane slaughter houses.

I’ve had lots of fantasy colors in my hair and light blue was probably the hardest to maintain. Huge pain, I lasted like a month and then got a buzzcut because I just didn’t ever want to think about hair again at that point lol. The darker purple she had at the beginning is wayyy easier to maintain, and in my personal opinion one of the most flattering colors I’ve seen on Amy.
😂😂😂I love meat too! I lost 40lbs because I figured out what I’m sensitive too like pork and milk products, once I took those out my diet I lost a lot of weight. I use vegetables to replace some seasonings that have a lot of sodium in my dishes. There are alternatives to EVERYTHING y’all and I drink nothing BUT water a lil Juice too😂
Tammy needs reminding a lot how well her process is going and that we are all proud of her. She looks very sophisticated in her makeover not that she doesn't look nice in general. In my opinion I love meat so I wish they would change the practices of how we do the meat to eat instead of shaming people to not eat the meat. That is an option but nobody wants to do that.

I grew up on a cattle ranch/calf ranch and we would sometimes name the cows after ourselves and then one day my aunt would be like "Went to the butcher today! Eating fully or just partially plantbased is actually great for weightloss too, and delicious. some healthy snacks and ”junkfood ” : Like for example, I make ice cream from just frozen ripe bananas and a splash of soymilk/oatmilk, and either strawberries, cocoa w a sprinkle if seasalt or just lemon zest. It’s delicious. A nice drink: sparkling water, apple juice (50-50) and some lime. I recommend a few channels for the most delicious and healthy foods: Healthy crazy (or was it sexy? Idk) cool, highcarb Hannah and Jenny Mustard.
For icy blue it can turn green easy, you're supposed to get certian shampoos to cancel out the yellow that will make it look green. Also remember she's had her hair dyed before and if it's up kept with box dye it could of been a lot of work color correcting 😅
It also looks like she tried added more blue after because generally it will get lighter but hers got more vivid. It's also not accepting the deposit well because there was no care for color correction and some areas of the hair are too strained that are not accepting the deposit at all.
They think their outside appearance is holding them down when really is all the inside trauma from years of abuse. I wish the absolute best from them and they grow and gain strength
Nobody wants to hear this, but if you follow some basic rules with your diet and exercise you will lose weight. Count your calories, make sure you're on a deficit. Don't deprive yourself of treats just have a portion size of whatever bad food you like to satisfy cravings. Eat lots of fruits and veggies! And most importantly exercise regularly! Over the past year and a half I went from 205 to 170lbs. I don't go to a gym, I just work out at home. Lots of workouts on UA-cam or Instagram you can follow along with at home. I also have chronic health issues and still managed to lose weight and tone my body. Nobody wants to put in the work but if you do and stick to it you will get results! Also weight training does wonders for the double chin, don't be afraid to lift weights!

It's the yellow coming through. Colours like that icy blue, pink, purple etc are not permanent. They wash out and fade quickly.

Ugh, I hate when I dye my hair blue, and a single wash turns it to seafoam green. Especially when you have to wash out the excess dye!
The hair color tint change is normal after a few washes. Blue is very hard to upkeep or itll turn green.

some healthy snacks and ”junkfood ” : Like for example, I make ice cream from just frozen ripe bananas and a splash of soymilk/oatmilk, and either strawberries, cocoa w a sprinkle if seasalt or just lemon zest. It’s delicious. A nice drink: sparkling water, apple juice (50-50) and some lime. I recommend a few channels for the most delicious and healthy foods: Healthy crazy (or was it sexy? Idk) cool, highcarb Hannah and Jenny Mustard.
The scammers are getting it done
For icy blue it can turn green easy, you're supposed to get certian shampoos to cancel out the yellow that will make it look green. Also remember she's had her hair dyed before and if it's up kept with box dye it could of been a lot of work color correcting 😅
It also looks like she tried added more blue after because generally it will get lighter but hers got more vivid. It's also not accepting the deposit well because there was no care for color correction and some areas of the hair are too strained that are not accepting the deposit at all.
They think their outside appearance is holding them down when really is all the inside trauma from years of abuse. I wish the absolute best from them and they grow and gain strength
Nobody wants to hear this, but if you follow some basic rules with your diet and exercise you will lose weight. Count your calories, make sure you're on a deficit. Don't deprive yourself of treats just have a portion size of whatever bad food you like to satisfy cravings. Eat lots of fruits and veggies! And most importantly exercise regularly! Over the past year and a half I went from 205 to 170lbs. I don't go to a gym, I just work out at home. Lots of workouts on UA-cam or Instagram you can follow along with at home. I also have chronic health issues and still managed to lose weight and tone my body. Nobody wants to put in the work but if you do and stick to it you will get results!
Also weight training does wonders for the double chin, don't be afraid to lift weights!

@@daswookie79 I’m gunna delete my comment because I promise I wasn’t trying to be mean or judge I guess I was projecting my own frustrations with how I would feel I wasn’t trying to bring them down and I would hate to make them feel bad for their amazing success. Sometimes u don’t realise how ur words can be taken and also text is hard to convey tone unlike a speaking conversation . Amy probably wasn't using proper colour protecting shampoos and cares for her hair. Usually some colours go a bit green if they arnt maintained right or even at times end up green from other circumstances
when you dye bleached hair purple or blue it fades super fast and goes a greeny colour
