I love the Estée Lauder double wear powder foundation! It’s so fabulous ❤ they are inclusive in their shade range and also works really well for oily skin beauties 😊 it’s my hg
For dry skin it wears so much better if you use a moisturizing primer let it dry partially and apply full coverage and apply cream bronzer and blush and then Mac Fix or your setter. Good review!
Thankyou for your review, I loved your honesty. Have you reviewed the new kvd good apple serum foundation???? Would love to know your thoughts on this one and shade match.
You're welcome! ☺ I haven't, but I'm not all that interested in trying it tbh(I'm sorry!). I just feel like I have a lot of similar foundations currently!
I think part of the problem is she's using a lot of cream products and a moisturizing base first. Instead of using primer and then foundation first as a foundation and not more like finishing powder. I've done powder foundation over cream blush with no issue but I think maybe those products were to glowy to stay after being hit with that sponge.
Definitely see what you're saying! I wanted to test out the wear as a foundation vs. a finishing powder though and I applied the way the brand recommended! But the second time I applied it (second half of video) I used with a fluffy brush and the finish was completely different which I enjoyed a lot more 😊
Powder foundations will definitely darken over a well moisturized base (i.e. cream products). Also I never like powder foud actions with sponges, they definitely need to be buffed and swirled with a brush.
@@ByKristinaStudioalso I recommend blotting before touching up- think of it like throwing flour in an oily pan, it's going to gunk up. Whenever I've gotten my makeup done, they definitely recommend buffing on powder foundation, you'll get the best finish that way.
