I used Angie at last week ma (demon world city). She is a decent dogfighter in smol map, can deal considerable dmg to tank w/o earth necklace (even to morrian). Her ws has terrible accuracy, so building her w/ normal atk is better. And yes, she is pretty bad at chasing.
Personally, shes good on raid specifically with white snow and lg yuze. I dunno her potential for colo but for arena she's pretty much a dogfighter more or less

Angie is 100% colo and raid...and anything that isn't arena Her delay on her 1st attack (which no one asked for) makes her dogfight terrible Her kit is so good too 😭 i love Angie but why did the devs do her dirty like that

Perhaps Angie is better in colo than arena. Otherwise to the user, swap Yuze with Marine. Let the party tank a little.

she might've been meta if any faster like FP. Having a shield and fast attack or movement is goated. I'm guessing it's balance I don't know.
