Not at all. Chrom only benefits from the substats that the weapon has. So u only need to level up the Primary weapon. In my case, I just want to see both weapon lvl 100 xD

Visually, there aren't any signs that shows that she has the silence so u need to time it in your head. U can time it once u see the mark on your character or ur enemy.
