That's an interesting technique, i'll have to try it. Does certain clinch positions affect you if you're a southpaw? I'm a southpaw but don't really mind which arm I use to grab the head and the like..
throws sweeps and trips can all be performed from a variety of positions. obviously some are superior but the theory is the same. watch top level fights and use an average system as to what works. then dissect. anyone with a grecco bjj or wrestling backround will have a stronger understanding. But then PRACTICE IS A KEY INGREDIENT. clinch for at least a half hour a day

This throw is seen everywhere, jiujitsu, Judo, Karate (especially sabaki styles), Aikido...everyone should learn this.

That is pretty much the only throw u can use in May Thai. I would assume that is what he meant
