If you place the flat side of you knife down on the garlic clove, and firmly press down on the knife, the garlic clove smashes (the peel comes right off, and it's easier to chop). Just make sure the sharp edge of the knife faces away from you. I learned this the hard way, lol!

It uses the rice noodles, vegetables and you can use chicken beef pork or turkey if you want. I make these 3-4 times a month.
I've been trying to add more nutrition to my ramen by adding both egg and dehydrated vegetables specifically for ramen. I like it because it's an easy fix for lunch (I can keep some at work on days I didn't plan well). Since I constantly spoil my vegetation, I don't have to worry about waste!
My daughter's fav meal is ramen too! I'm going to add hoisin sauce to mine next time... we love hoisin sauce too but I never thought of adding it to the ramen broth!

Ginger is a gift from the heavens. I have digestive issues and ginger in tea is my go to, to ease the hurt. Fresh ginger goes into everything. 🙂

Put the garlic bulb down and pop it with the knife blade on top. It takes off the skin and makes it easy to mince.
