@@fleurmpeters Lol I live in Finland so most of us don't have ACs or even fans. I can deal with snow storms and frostbite but I draw the line at 25°C. When it's like 30°C, people will go to their local mall to enjoy their ACs🤡
These are not the books I'd read myself, but I just love how you talk about them! I don't like ro read a romance books much cuz they make me jealous, but I love myself a nice story! Maybe I'll check one of them. Thanks Fleur!!
added the island of missing trees, it seemed very interesting, as well as small worlds (currently reading open water, so far so good)! books that came to my mind if anyone’s searching for other recommendations : - A streetcar named desire (I usually hate plays but this one is just a masterpiece, I love it with all my heart) - red, white and royal blue (REALLY an easy read, perfect to chill or get out of a reading slump - LGBTQIA+ related) - The Metamorphosis by Kafka (a classic, no summer vibes at all but this book is really moving, gives a lot to think about - everybody should read it imo) Lots of love! 🤍
