That is so amazing to hear how much better your are doing now. I've been going through a burnout as well and it's nice to hear a story of someone who is able to deal with just everyday life stuff again. At the moment I only have energy to do like 1-2 hours of a focused task before all my energy is gone for the day. And I know that pushing to do multiple commitments will make me suffer for a few days to recover. But even then I have made progress and its so nice to hear that you have too :) - Kat 🎢

🎢 Watching this has made me feel so many things..as someone no longer in her younger years, but remembers how they felt (not comparing, just saying that it can be challenging), I just want to say that I think you are an incredible person. Going through difficult times in your 20s, with such self-awareness as you have, along with the desire to find your happiness again, is a beautiful, sometimes complicated and exhausting thing. I want to give you a hug & just say how much I admire you, how you are handling yourself. I’m glad you have close family to lean on, who validate you when you need that support ❤ Never lose belief in yourself and your ability to get through anything…even if it means taking a break or giving yourself some grace. I've recently fallen into a burnout cycle and it's really hard to find my footing and fully feel like myself again, and like I'll eventually be able to go back to loving the things I used to. 🎢🎢🎢 it was like this for me too I took 3 months off any work (had to quit) and was just really really down and basically drowning in depression and money anxiety‘cause bills were still there… Don’t really know how but i managed to grab myself and bring to life again. And there are bad days and good days too. The most important thing is to have that support from as many people as possible. Even strangers from the internet:) Let’s all be happy and healthy ❤

I really appreciate this video. It is a hard watch since I’ve been through and am going through burn out. Im 2 years in and still only able to do 50% of what I used to do. I’m thankful for the eye opening experience this has been for me. But going through it is a lonely battle. This video made it a little better ❤❤ thank you so much!

I just wanna say that you probably saved my life with this, and I'm not exaggerating at all. I was unable to find help with the doctors I went to and the answer was in this video. It took me a year to get a little bit "better," but I still feel anxious when I see someone who looks like my manager. Girl, I'm so shocked. The gym thing, the sleepless nights, the feeling of nothing, numbness-I still can't sleep without pills. My inflamed gums and skin problems, going through that for the third time.
