Teknox presents the new Twister washing system!
The system allows to wash small details of any shape and material inside a 450x300xH300 stainless steel box.
The main features of this plant are:
- continuous rotation of the piece holder box
- immersion washing of the components, in this way the liquid reaches all the surfaces, with a real hydrokinetic effect
- continuous filtration of the treatment liquid
- rinsing with mains clear water (optional)
- pressurized hot air drying thanks to a fan and an air heating system (optional)
- flexible and modular management of washing programs (temperature, times, phase sequence)
- compact size, thanks to process engineering (patented)

Teknox presenta il nuovo impianto di lavaggio Twister!
L'impianto permette di lavare piccoli particolari di ogni forma e materiale all'interno di una cassetta dalle dimensioni 450x300xH300.
Le caratteristiche principali di questo impianto sono:
- rotazione continua della cassetta portapezzi
- lavaggio in immersione dei componenti, in questo modo il liquido raggiunge tutte le superfici, con un vero e propio effetto idrocinetico.
- filtrazione continua del liquido di trattamento
- risciacquo con acqua di rete pulita (opzionale)
- asciugatura ad aria calda in pressione grazie ad un ventilatore e ad un sistema di riscaldamento dell'aria (opzionale)
- gestione flessibile e modulabile dei programmi di lavaggio (temperatura, tempi, sequenza delle fasi)
- dimensioni compatte, grazie all'ingegnerizzazione del processo (brevettato)
