@@KrysttlVods the PS4 version I did it on ultra hard difficulty the PS5 version the platinum is very long and I just transfer the PS4 to the PS5 game and that’s it gets everything unlocked 100 percent everything like that I’m level 68
A little late, but wanted to say I appreciate you exploring, listening/doing convos and being genuinely interested in the worldbuilding. So many streamers plow through the game very focused on the mechanics and it can be frustrating- but it’s super pleasant to watch your journey

Hello. Just want to be helpful with some tips. (no spoilers) The valley at 3:58:00 is a place that I use to farm early game in a new playtrough (very good for harder difficulties). You have to get some teleport scrolls (easly crafted with meat and wood), upgrade your sockets satchel to atleast 40 and you are ready to go. Just stealth kill the moving 2 machines, then the harvesting ones. The most money come from the 2 piles that the machines harvest - they almost always give you an epic socket witch is 50 credits. Teleport back to the nearest campfire with one scroll and the machines and piles will reset. Rinse and repeat. You can also keep some good sockets for the near future. (Damage, Handling, Freeze is good, Stealth for the armors etc) I do that in every new run of the game for a couple of hours whilst watching football games or something and then go to the Prooving with a flying start for the missions outside of the first zone. Because you were wondering if there is any reason for this location to be there...: This is the reason :)
1:23:45 Just remember normal people, hunters even get hurt fighting scrappers. Scrappers!, who are among the least powerful machines in this world. This just shows how cool, and truly awesome Aloy is.
I know it's stupid but I literally dreamt of a day where you'd play two of my favorite games: Horizon and Baldur's Gate 3, literally crying right now, thanks for being the best content creator and gave me so many happy moments to distract myself from mundane problems, wish you the best in your life ❤❤❤
Pretty sure Ultra Hard is intended for NG+. It can definitely be done on a first playthrough, but I personally find it more tedious and annoying than a good challenge. Excited to see you play through this game :D
I think brom was scared the voices would tell him to hurt his sister but they hadn’t 🤷♂️ he prolly wouldn’t have hurt her unless she was beating on him like the hunter was but who knows lol
Remastered versions are so weird. Young Aloy looked a little strange in the original, but that's what made her special and her facial expressions were more believeable. Now she looks like everybody else...

First time tuning in. I see you are playing the game on graphics mode, which locks you at 30fps ingame. Yet you stream at 60fps, I'm confused. As Mark Cerny himself said: "Players choose performance mode (60fps) about 3/4 of the time". Maybe something to think about. Would love to watch your journey, but 30fps, no matter how good still images look, it's painful to watch in motion. Besides the downgrade in graphical quality is never big enough to warrant cutting the fps in half.
@@KrysttlVodsThat might be true for the PS5 pro, but I assume you are playing on base version as it's very clearly evident that your game is running on 30fps (40 at most). Chat did you dirty tbh. But then again, if you yourself don't notice the difference between 30 and 60, it's hard to argue for 60 in this case. 😢
@@martyden9006 I am not talking children playing on a business PC. = Adults that build their own (Gaming Rig) and not have played on a console in a decade or more.
@truthseeker6532 most PC gamers including adults have crap builds compared to PS5.... this has been proven on steam survey, of course in the comments they all act high and mighty but in reality to even touch PS5 and PS5pro you gotta get your wallet drained.

To be fair, in the first game quick-shots do the same amount of damage as charged shots and the accuracy trade-off is almost non existent at close range, so quick-shots tend to be the best strategy at least with the shortbows. Unless they’ve changed that in the Remaster, my bad if so 😋

This was my favorite PS4 game. It just really resonated with me. I’ve played through at least twice. Starting another run with the remastered version.

1 of my favorite games. The Animation is a bit cleaner and not as stiff/animatronic. The graphics have also been improved but just slightly.

You never played the PS4 version you can transfer PS4 save to PS5 version of the game
I think aiming the bow is much easier with keyboard and mouse.

Only 1 hour 26 minutes in so don't know if you've figured it out yet, but you Hold R2 to charge up your shot. Tapping R2 is just a quick shot.
I think I discovered this near the end, thank you tho!
