I played a few hrs today,it’s a great remaster.

Only 1 hour 26 minutes in so don't know if you've figured it out yet, but you Hold R2 to charge up your shot. Tapping R2 is just a quick shot.

This game has the best replayability, because every time you play it's a different story.

i was stuck on that puzzle and the rubber ball one in school when i played this as a kid. could not trial and error that puzzle and i made the same mistake when trying to use the camera. my main strategy when playing games as a kid was to try to interact with everything and try use every item on everything that looks like puzzle. simple puzzles i just trial and errored. edit. i barely knew any english so i had to learn videogame logic and try to find puzzle answers that way. my own ignorance made ps1 gen my favorite.

switched from watching this (a more newer game I havent played) from watching your The last of Us playthrough. Let me just add one comment: I'm happy to see you are actually paying attention to the story now. It was a bit disappointing to see you talk to chat and converse there while story is ongoing in TLOU, especially during cutscenes. TLOU was all about the story. hopefully this one your engagement is better! I see streamers chat with chat all the time, but some pauses when its cutscenes. This time around seems you are less distracted, yey!

Nah, streamers can't judge any games quality. Especially games with a lot of atmosphere. Due to inability to be fully immersed. Let's play is a bit better, but still not good enough. This game requires you to feel isolated and alone. You were also in constant stress, due to hard mode. Also, tank controls are not that bad. It is just a fact, that you were too stubborn to not practice the d-pad Your finger is on all four directional buttons on the d.pad, so it is much faster

Now that you've beaten it, you should know enemies are attracted to the flashlight and it's much easier to get by them with it off.

Yay I did it! I beat Silent Hill for the first time on the hardest difficulty. This was my first ever game using tank controls too and damn it was rough LOL but I enjoyed it (even when I am grumpy at the end)

Loved this playthrough. It's honestly more entertaining when people accidentally get characters killed, it's more real, specially when this game gets UNFORGIVING in like the last half hour, so don't beat yourself over it.

You did it!!!!!!! and you proved a lot of people that you actually beated the game on hard.

Car crash is only in the BAD ending. Everything that happened is real. He did not die. I was really hoping you will spare an hour or 2, and go back to the place you saved the doctor, and got that Kaufmann key to get the GOOD ending. Mainly because you did not fight the REAL final boss. In the GOOD ending you fight the real boss. For Good PLUS ending, where you also save Cybil you would need to go way back to the normal hospital. Anyway, you proved yourself as a PRO gamer with this game on HARD. You were better than 99 percent of the players. Most players just kept healing on the final boss. Your fight with the "final" boss was insane. A true hard mode
