Frequent frauds are happening in meesho now a days. And now we can't even return the products as they are not matching the product picture. Please be careful before buying 😢

Bahot logon ko fashionable dresses pehenna hota hai bt they don't have budget so they order from messho but doing this type of fraud hurts a lot ...n for girls dresses are emotions so I can understand ki apko kesa laga hoga yeh saab dekhke ... Based on customers ratings and reviews, meesho should block these sellers...if the meesho mgt doesn't take this step, meesho business is going to end soon
Company khud mili hui hai fraud mei inki policy mei customer ke sath agar fraud hota hai toh koi terms and conditions nhi hai

I m a seller on meesho and I got lots of loss because of these. These all thing are done by the couriers partners or delivery persons. Sellers are also suffering because of exchange issue.

In my area courier partners name shadowfax is doing fraud , they are exchanging the item and then delivering the wrong one, l informed about all these to meesho customer care and they, after hearing all these, are like mam we can't do anything related to this we delivered you right product but dude it's your company of there is some fraid in your channel then its your responsibility to fix it na
Simply l would say meesho owners are involved in all these that's why they are not doing anything

Please mention the seller who are doing fraud, you can see the seller in the app, it will help us not to order from that sellers
Sabse achha hai if one goes outside for shopping especially for clothing stuffs kyun ush se apka outing bhi ho jayega and you can also see and verify the type of cloth and all.
Di if you read this comment then please do a vlog while shopping in H&M , Zara, forever 21 etc. It would be a great experience for all.
That is why i always prefer flipkart for online shopping , affordable and wayyy better than meesho😅

Flipkart mein same fraud mere saath hua tha. Maine dress mangwai thi unlogo ne gandi si saree bhej di uski jagah. And woh return bhi ni hua. No return policy krdi unlogo ne

I recently ordered saree for mom n the shopkeeper has good reviews with pics but when I ordered i received a used dress n it was stinky
I called n asked the customer service then they refunded my money under consideration that product sent was garbage n they said don't return the order it might not be refunded
But I called almost for 2 to 3 time n thank God I got my money back
Should definitely raise a complaint Against Meesho, what do they think customer cant do anything by sending such product 🥵
Ashi will request you to write about these sellers to meesho. Beinga youtuber with a larger audience will make impact on meesho. They won't be watching this video so please do write to them. I never write to anyone but you seem to be still connected to roots no foo fa. Your bond with your bro and mom is adorable

Mam these packet is stoled by delivery partner not sellers I know because I m a seller on meesho and whenever I get customer returns sellers also go through very much loss because of these delivery partners like delhivery , ecom , express bees, and shadowfax these are delivery companies they stole our products mostly costly products I m a seller we also go through with this problem I just want to clear pov by telling that sellers are not to be responsible but delivery partners are involved in this fraud
Then seller should complain with meesho . Ultimately meesho is responsible for such delivery people . There needs to be some insurance done by seller and there needs to be some video recording by seller for claims . Purchaser suffer due to lack of proper service by the whole team . It's meesho's responsibility to make sure the product should reach the buyer that too the same product. Meesho should say Open parcel if it's same then give if it's not same return it . Meesho should be made responsible
Yes seller have the advantage to get claim by making videos but half of claims rejected and due to returns sellers face big losses due to penalties because every single return 144-190 will be deducted from seller account if whole account returns is 10% and seller sold 1000 products in a month then 100 returns will be recieved to sellers in which penalties 15000-20000 and delivery partner change our products too , so sellers are olin trouble when we receive returns with wrong products yes they have to work on policies like if delivery partner dispatched order or received returns from customer a video policy should be a better option for customers and sellers too , and these frauds should be stop by applying video policy claims

Literally same thing happened with me last time .... I bought lehenga from meshoo for Rs 2000 and they send me a 2 random clothes which I don't even use to clean the floor....

Mam main to youtuber bhi nh hu or jab mai packet open kiya to kai vdo vi nh banaya.... mene ek 1899 rs ki kurta plazo with dupatta set mangaya tha.. aur mujhe bhi 5 packets open karne ke baad ek fati hue frock aayahai aur kids frock... mene return kardi before 2 month par abhi tak pese wapas nh milaa 😭 ... me aaj tak roj msg kar rahi hu but i don't get any response 😢 ...
I also have been through this fraud from meesho... that's why I have stop shopping from MEESHO.. I will suggest you as well you also stop shopping from MEESHO..
Meesho won't value their customers so many customers complaint on meesho but still the situation is same..

Just one request that please provide the product code of those lehnga's with the seller's name so that no one those who are watching your videos by any chance buy those product because I am sure aise bhut logo k saath hua hoga but unke pas itni audience nhi hogi jinko wo aware kr sake.

I am a new seller on Meesho , and have a store named AA creations. Our customer ordered a bag from us and we delivered the correct product , but the courier company xpressbees , courier man tampered the package and changed the product and thus the wrong product got delivered. The customer returned and now we have got the wrong product returned to us. We have put the complain for the same. So it is not always the shop owner or business owner, I lost the product, packaging cost, return shipping cost as well as a mark on my seller account for return.
Maine meesho ke sath 5 year's tak reselling ki thi, sb kuch thik tha jo damaged ya wrong product aata tha wo return ho jata tha but, is year se meesho ne itna jada fraud krna chalu kr diya ki mai bta bhi nhi skti agar aap 4 product book kro to 2 to wrong rhe ga hi, aur jab return krna chaho to wo return approve nhi krte aur nahi wrong product return hota, customer service is to worse wo direct mna krte h return krne se, mai itni jada frustrate ho gyi ki mujhe reselling chodna pda

Hie, please avoid showing addresses of other people, just show their first name, these sellers or these delivery dispatch systems have something really wrong going on☹️
That is why I always read all the reviews of the product and also search for the seller also even from a trusted app before buying
So that's why I cannot buy any clothes from Meesho.

Happened to me also ..it's not the fault of meesho..it's delivery boys kartooth ..we should take action in delivery boys ..please note ..your delivery boy phone number which you recieve fake product and .observe them

Same thing happened to me.. Like few days I ordered a suit set of 832 rs bt got like a torn baby cloth and a damaged short kurti.. Nd when I tried to return they denied as they wanted the same product 😢😢

Yes you are right they did fraud. Recently I also ordered men's short ND t-shirt set for my brother but when I was received a parcel I was shocked there was small pieces of clothes like katrans inside the parcel. I really disappointed with that.

That's why I only order from Flipkart ❤ 1 time I ordered 456rs ear buds from messho and he received me 50rs earphone on my 1 order that's why I disappointment from messho, Flipkart is best ❤

Same happened with me and sadly it was fully waste of money.I have selected return option also but nothing happened,I ordered saree for my mother and worst saree came and torned 😢.Worst experience.

Few years ago when Meesho was becoming popular and there was one popular UA-cam influencer who used to show costlier outfits from different costlier sites...that time there was no meesho fraudness..she said meesho is cheap , not for her types etc etc...its ok, her choice...but that time I had commented on her video that Meesho is also for those people who can buy and wear fashionable trends at reasonable price they can afford...there are many in this country who cant buy costlier things on new trends...Thanks GimaAshi u understand the variety of buyers in this country...

This happens with me also.after seeing your review on a Black kurti & 14000/ people good reviews on 511/- rs dress.i brought from meesho but the quality is very poor.i always see the review & always take all returns options even if it cost me more.if such fraud happens, the product can be returned.i returned 2 such kurta sets because size does not fit me.i got refund my money.

Mene meesho s kurti order ki. Or aya tha fata hua top xxxl ka wo bhi. Normaly return or refund ho jata tha but is baar phone krke thak gyi delevary boy ata or chhod jata. Bolta jo order kiya h. Whi lekr jaunga. But aya hi nhi to de kaha s. Call krne pr bole. Hmate yha s shi product delever hua h. Waps nhi hoga. Na refund. Na exchange. Loss ho gya😢
Also ajio platform is doing same things recently i had a loss of 4000 rs for sofa covers by receving wrong product and worst scenerio they r not returning saying ur product is not qulified our return policy😭😭😭😭😭

Hey @Gima_ashi thank you for sharing. I also ordered one patiala suit and they sent me one torn dupatta I immediately compliant but they didn’t refund any amount and after calling 2 3 times they said they will block me as i am the one who is violating policies.. its literally heartbreaking they didn’t even refund my money.
