I know this condominium, stay there a couple of times.... I say can only be careful whitch bulding and wiew does have ....because of noise.....from main road. Beter, give a 2000B more. And second multifunction is no coverd parking....

Am in research mode atm and hope to visit for a months reconncence trip to see what my budget could represent, would love to catch up when there, keep up the good work, subscribed as well 😊
With the hundreds of thousands of Russians now staying in Phuket and Pattaya, rents and condo costs have skyrocketed. My friend, who sells condos there, said he has had from 50-100% increase in profits. He also said Chinese are buying at an increased rate further increasing his profits.
Hard no from me, as the gawdiness reminds me of Las Vegas, and I cannot stand Las Vegas. I do love that there is no parking fee after purchase of the key card. The gym looked pretty nice. Thumbs up for the great video though, very informative job you and Shon did.

In Thailand it is easy to find small studios like that for less than 6,000 bhat. Perhaps it is more in Pattaya due to all the expats there? edit: The 1bdr is a much better value.

Very nice resort, Coops! I like the pool area. I like the bigger 2 bed, but whether I'd use both bedrooms is debatable, but an option. A bit further out than I would like, but just being on the bus route compensates for that fact. You've spoiled me with the ideal location of your place! A great find, Sir! Please keep 'em coming!
