You seem like someone I'd want to sit and craft miniatures with for hours! I love how happy the little pillow made you! I love when I find something in my minis that brings me that much joy!!! Aren't miniatures just so wonderful!

The foil trick has changed my life ! I hate the comforters that are like flats as a table cloth, that’s sticks out over top of a contoured bed shape! U changed my miniature crafting life! Thank you!

I found the foil trick from Kat on you tube and I was blown away. I mentioned her in my video. I have also used batting with the foil to make a really comfy bedding.

The material you chose dresses the bed beautifully, When I listen to your videos I am reminded of Bob Ross; everything is soothing and somehow all comes out wonderful. Love and best wishes from México.

Love the foil idea! Realistic draping is always a problem with miniatures.

I like that you are showing us that you trim down the glued part so that it's a little bit softer to fold because I was worried about that too

Your video was excellent. You were so patient and explained everything so I could follow you. I'm making a gentleman's bed - of the Eduardian era, so I guess I should leave the ruffle off !!!!! Thanks for doing this. from Texas

I'm not into dollhouses but I'm fascinated by making miniatures. So fun to watch. A suggestion from a non-miniature maker for the border? Instead of the thick turquoise rope braid maybe use some silk looking embroidery thread and braid it? Just a thought. Thank you for sharing your talent and inspiration.

You're definitely right about each step being important sometimes you think that something is a stupid instruction that you would have been able to figure out but later when you're stuck it'll pop back up and you'll be grateful you have it

I wish you had been around when I was making miniature things for myself in the 80's. I still have all of them, but never bought the house. How clever to use the glue and the aluminum foil. Thank you!

You can do this. Just take it slow and let the glue dry before going on to next step. Having a vision and choosing your fabrics is so fun. When you finish you will hug yourself. No one else will have your bed, it's one of a kind. Dollhouse bedding is my favorite. I have many videos on ideas for bedding.

    What’s the glue

    • @mydollhouseobsession

It's liquid stitch. A glue for fabric. I get it at Joann Fabric. You could also use Elmer's glue. I just prefer the liquid stitch.
