Mewtwo Gameplay - Prime Cup Master Ball (Round 2) - Pokemon Stadium

Welcome to my walkthrough series of Pokemon Stadium! In this playthrough, I will cover the gameplay of all the Pokemon Stadium Cups (including Pokemon Stadium R2): Gym Leader Castle, Poke Cup, Prime Cup, Pika Cup, Petit Cup, and the final showdown against Mewtwo: the final boss of this game! This video is only to show you that Mewtwo is,by far,the most powerful Pokemon of this game,and he can easily clear an entire cup all by himself (if he have the right moveset,obviously). I played on Prime Cup: Master Ball as an evidence because thats the most difficult cup of R1.
To get Mewtwo in Pokemon Stadium you have to bring your own from the game boy games.

Chris! another spectacular job clearing prime cup master ball r2 again with mew two! This goes to show you that mew two is the undefeated Pokemon ever with or without his two mega stones: mewtwonite x and mewtwonite y!

Perfect Mewtwo destroys all again! Well, almost all...
The only potential roadblocks in R-2 Prime Cup Master Ball are Slowbro, Ditto, Snorlax, and Electrode. If they go out first in battle, that is.
More attritional then a serious threat, but it's still quite easy to sweep.

@@ChrisPTY507 looked but didn't find anything, could you please give a specific link and/or time stamp?
I'm just curious because I saw a comment saying that when they were a kid, the animation of Mewtwo using Struggle scared them. All I could find was it using Swift, in which it extends its arms forward on its left side instead of uts right as it usually does. But different types of attacks (tackling, kicking, punching, etc.) use different animations so I don't think the one for Swift was it.

Man I am watching this and wow this is such a damn cake walk compare to the Stadium Hacks I play.
Basically almost nothing on these Trainers couldn’t handle Mewtwo at all. Like where’s Chansey, Amensia Bro, and Self Destruct Snorlax and Swords Dance Mew lol 😂 etc
Anyways you do like legendaries unless you just meant to Show off this to see how OP Mewtwo is lol

Exactly. The whole point of this video is to show how powerful and practically unbeatable Mewtwo is in this game.
The original Pokémon stadium games were balanced on the fact that they meant to be a bit challenging but more on the fun part, hence you don’t see the insane level of difficulty presented in hacks such as Pokémon stadium Kaizo and such

It's round 2, you have to be all the battles the first time around to unlock the second set of them

You could have done the make Pikachu learn surf in this same run, but it was your choice to not do it (and I respect that), anyway, this moveset just destroys Prime Cup overall in both normal and hard modes without relying too much on luck.

Lol this is just mewtwo vs everyone pretty much. Have mewtwo vs a team of all other 150 pokemon and mewtwo will still win

None of those trainers really had Mewtwo checks which were very few and also none of those trainers had Max stats Pokémon
Basically only Light Screen Chansey, Slowbro, Snorlax, Mew, Exeggutor and your Own Mewtwo work as checks while Hypno and Starmie could sorta suffice too but get worn down quicker than the others.
