Would you do a video on that X-Statix Omnibus ASAP? I'm really wondering what's in that. I hear great things and I can get a decent deal to afford it now.
I'm trying to figure out the name of a comic I read about a guy with a cat. He can use the car for all kinds of weapons. I'm having a hard time finding it. Any ideas?
+Francisco Campora yes, their Kallaxes. I love them. There's enough room to put the shelves sideways and book double the amount of books and to end like a library.
Wow. I've only been collecting comics through TPBs (with the occasional individual issues) since 2010. I tend to gravitate towards books that either have an ensemble cast or take place in an alternate universe.
smashmaster521 I used to only buy tpbs when I was like 16-17 and had amassed a good sized collection. They got burned up in a fire. The 1 box that didn't got sold on hard times. Turns out some are very valuable today... Anyway, when I got back into it, I dabbled with the first volumes of many many image books. They are the cheapest tpb and I was looking for non-super-hero-in-tights books. With Officer Downe, I found how MUCH BETTER it truly is to read in a larger format. Then I found Deadly Class Dlx HC and was blown away by the quality of the paper and how simply amazing it is to see in even BIGGER format. And I've begun selling all my TPBs for dlx hardcover edition. Have been totally hooked since then. The Sixth Gun and some french books like Meka, Zaya and Warship Jolly Roger from Magnetic Press and Humanoids books have been dope. I'm actually reading my first manga with the Akira box set my wife bought me for Xmas.
I really want to read the Frank miller daredevil and bendis daredevil. That's a lot of books man, if I was you I wouldn't know where to start haha. What are you reading currently? Nice collection Gabe 👍
I have a particular soft spot towards Ultimate Fantastic Four for being one of the earliest comics I ever read and for introducing the world of Marvel Zombies, which was my full introduction to the world of comics.
I haven't read the Warren Ellis run. I've only read Ultimate Fantastic Four #21-23 and #30-32 (by Mark Millar and Greg Land) because they were collected in the Marvel Zombies: Dead Days TPB I used to own before I traded it in and I currently own those issues through the first Complete Collection for Marvel Zombies. Like I said, I have a soft spot for Ultimate Fantastic Four.
Great stuff, looking forward to part 2 already.

Question, those are kallax shelves right? is there a lot of space left behind those books?
+Francisco Campora yes, their Kallaxes. I love them. There's enough room to put the shelves sideways and book double the amount of books and to end like a library.
Thought so, thanks for the quick reply! Amazing chanel, I'm using it to get ideas for new stuff to read, keep up the good work!
+Francisco Campora thanks for the kind words.
Fantastic! :)
You misnamed some creators. AMAZING Collection though! How many years have you been collecting?
+Josh ShLong I've been collecting comics for over 25 years, and collecting omnibus and graphic novels for about 8 years.

I'd love to see you talking about Ultimate Fantastic Four, it's one of my favorites. :)

+smashmaster521 UFF is a great series. I lived the Warren Ellis run.

Garth Ennis's punisher max run was better than Jason Aarons in my opinion.
