Hi Mona. Yes you can do that. We just used a normal pot so that those who don’t have a pressure cooker will know how to make it over the stove. Happy cooking!
Should boiled the pork trotter in water with ginger, wine and scallion first. I've tried this recipe and the pork so smelly, too bad the sauce taste good esp the chilli sauce.
