Surely Arsenal fans know Arteta doesn’t really want a 9 and much prefers using a false 9, but you’d think he’d get someone in after losing Saka and Jesus and to give him another option instead of Havertz for tight games where you’re struggling to break sides down. Being a Liverpool fan I’m not complaining, just surprised.
If it makes sense, arsenal won't do it.

To have 2 disastrous transfer windows back to back will be hard to recover from. This club at a minimum needs at lest 5 players . If they have another window like the last 2 we are in real trouble.
The reason for all the draws is not the players it's the style of play. Arteta's slow build up high possession style failed miserably last season and had to be replaced after 20 games. Why he thought it would succeed this season is beyond me. It has failed even worse.
This City game is proof that his style was holding us back again.one of the glaring problems with Arteta's style was on turn overs. When we got the ball back we would literally stop and reset , we would pass the ball around until everyone was in position to start our attack. Against City that changed, when we got the ball back we went at them and thats what this team was built for and it works. We moved the ball quickly through their lines and their midfield had no answers. We got the ball into shooting positions with very few opponents players in the way forcing us to pass. We were able to get better shots away from better positions. We weren't forced to battle our way through a low or mid block because City had no time to set it up.
3 top players should be good. A striker, LW and a midfielder to replace either Partey or Jorginho.
We need a striker, left wing , backup right wing a backup keeper back and 2 back up center backs. Skelly has filled another position that needed help as Nwaneri has as well. At the end of last summers window we actually needed 7 players but for me Neto was a complete waste so I say we needed 8 players still going into week 1.
Where always 2 or 5 players short every season why’s that 🤦🏾♂️

All of the Kroenke’s American teams have won championships, within their respective sports, in the last 5 years (with WAY less money than Arteta was given). Arsenal hasn’t won anything in the last 21 years. The Denver Nuggets won the NBA Championship in 22/23, while we bottled an 8 point lead against Man City

Fact is no attacker of any worth wants to play for Arsenal/Arteta. They know he'll want heavy defensive duties and play them out of position. This club won't get top players until Arteta leaves or ridiculous amounts of money are spent to bring in top players. A 5th choice bench player chose SPUDS over US!!!! Our club/team is a JOKE!!!

These owners and manager has made me fall out of love with our club. I’ve reflected about my comments over the last couple of months, I don’t like the person I’ve become. I have a good career and a gorgeous family, football isn’t worth this headache. I’m taking a break until my head is in a better state to going back to enjoying football again.
