Holy crap I cried when the kids were putting flowers on the grave. Thats what our grandparents and great grandparents fought for. Im normally not patriotic but that was an amazing image of proof that they made the American dream possible for generations below them. And of course the soldiers today.
I just spent some time mowing our lawn for my mum while she was out and this was the perfect thing to sit down and watch after. I love seeing your family together they brighten my day, it's unfortunate that Julie and fam weren't there. Thank you!!!! 😊😊😊

I love how your family comes together on holidays, special days, and days where you need extra love and support. You're very blessed to be in such great families on both sides. I don't have that. I'm never with my family on holidays or even my birthday. I've had to make the painful decision to pull completely away from my sister because of the hurt she's inflicted upon me. Yes, it does hurt but the pain she's causing me is worse. I'm sorry to be such a downer here, especially after seeing such a beautiful vlog.

There is nobody in the world besides my dad who is as wonderful a man as Jared. I get tears in my eyes and so emotional whenever I watch him. I can't explain it , but he is just such an inspiration to me.

It is so great that you guys appreciate the closeness of your families, not only in proximity but in relationship. We are military and will finally be moving back close to our family next year and can't wait for so many memories like this. The deal is sweetened by us being 7 weeks along with TWINS.

When I was kids we had a playground with swings, slides, and merry-go-rounds, but it was something about the tires playground that were the best. Climbing those tires were so much fun.

So your group picture cane out great but here is a trick I use with my preschool class. I set them all up then say whatever you do don't look at the camera and smile. It gets most of the group looking and with huge smiles every time. 😁
I love the relationship Cody and Jackson have, I hope they never lose that. it reminds me of my cousin and I when we were young, we are still close, but I wish I could see him more than once every few months :(

So happy for your boys to have cousins around. I never grew up with cousins. My kids have had cousins around on and off over the years but none lived close.
One of my favorite childhood memories dancing to Grease album when the movie came out. Me and my male cousin that was my age would partner up and get all the family together to watch us perform We thought we were pretty hot dancers We were 7 or 8. So much fun! We also left my little sister tied to our mail box when we were playing cowboys and indians. Those were the days.......

I love to watch you guys when you have big family events. I'm in awe of your sweet families. That would have been a dream come true for my children and I to have family close by but unfortunately for us it wasn't to be although growing up I was always around my cousins.
