First off, I just want to say I so, so appreciate your channel, the content you post, and YOU! You've made the world of code so much more accessible, and I'm so grateful to you for doing that. If you could make a deeper video about machine learning and/or data scientist (not sure if that's one video or two), I'd love to learn more about both!
Your prouduction value and dedication is insanely good ! Love seeing more successful black women on UA-cam especially when it’s not limited to a few topics. You’re a huge inspiration for my channel !!
Yes, she’s good and such an inspiration! I see you teach French! I’m looking forward to seeing more videos from you. I’m loving the stance we’re taking on this platform. We’re on here creating meaningful content and using our knowledge and skills to provide value to others! 💚
I have been wondering about ALL of this! Thank you for breaking it down. I didn’t completely understand the difference between back-end and devOps, but overall I still learned so much!!
A basic example would be a back end engineer writes code that runs on one machine. The dev ops team then takes that code runs it spawns it on many machines in "the cloud" (Amazon web services). All these machines are basically copies of the original code but now you have to deal with new issues like how do we choose which machine a user hits or how do we keep our Amazon computing costs down.
Great video! I am a huge fan of the channel. It may be considered a subcategory of a data scientist, but data engineers play an important role. They are usually in charge of gathering the data and organizing it into the databases. For those interested in learning more about the data science and machine learning roles, I have a few videos related to that on my channel. Again, I am loving the content!
Thank you so much for this video! Now I have the motivation to go study for my Java final! I am a CS major at Columbia 💙. Love to support my fellow african Ivy League sister!

Brief insightful and thorough video. (My comment is long) As a coding beginner almost a year ago, I didn't even know what exactly coding was. And I have given my experience so far on another video of yours. For me, what helped is letting myself learn the basics of coding. Self-study coding language basics. Then research and ask questions on various coding jobs/careers that I have kept hearing and seeing from a coding Black women group that I am a part of. Also from UA-cam vloggers, the Internet career blogs, webinars, and LinkedIn. The majority mentioned software developers or software engineers or Full Stack. It seemed like these were the only careers so I thought that I wanted to be a Software Engineer or Full Stack. But I realized that I would like a more technical structured coding job/career. But one day I had randomly seen a UA-cam video on Network Engineer and Systems Engineer a month ago. Then DevOps from a member of the coding women group that I am a part of. I had asked questions and did my own research about these careers. I was intrigued however I was figuring out what plan to begin to get to any of these and still ask questions while I am a BSc Accounting and Finance International student in the process. Sometime last week or two, I had seen a UA-cam video randomly on Data Engineer. And I had listened to a couple more videos which I realized my skills and strengths fit this career.
