Mate you are the best in the game, love hearing you confuse these Police, we need more videos from you as there are some crap auditors out there and they have no idea. Thumbs up mate.
This is the highest standard of all the auditors, that by which all others are judged. His composition of videos, aerial shots, general standard of photography, use of proper music as opposed to the same unlicensed codswallop others use and his highly intelligent and knowledgable (and witty!!) interactions are all legendary stuff. It'll be a fair while before anyone, British or American, get anywhere near this quality.
Love auditors but first time I've seen your channel was today.
I love the way you do it.
I was starting to miss your audits... and now your back.👏

Isn't it funny how someone saying "can I help you?" is the person trying their best to find something to arrest you for.
What thier really doing is asking what the best way to fk you up is.. Haha.
And we can all guess how this encounter would have gone if FP wasn't videoing the 'request' to leave. Unfortunately, they can't be trusted. Not even the 'nice and friendly' ones. Even they are more than willing to lie in order to help their mate stitch you up. FACT!

As a photographer of 35yrs and counting my lawyer was on hand at court recently when I was accused of photographing in a restricted area without permission. In a trial lasting several minutes my lawyer pointed out the security camera in my photograph pointing the same way as my lens and belonging to the very company accusing me of wrongdoing. They paid my fees and a small settlement and got a big bollocking from the magistrate to boot.

People on watch lists for being national threats get less attention than someone with a camera....just saying.
These guys are cowards. When I was a child the police officers lived in houses right in the middle of tough council estates. Everyone knew them and their families, everyone kicked around with their children. They were respected for what they did and they were never victimised or attacked off the job. What do these Stasi have to hide?
Your philosophical points are absolutely spot on.
You educated these lads and they’ll be better officers for it, hopefully.
You are so right
The local neighbourhood Bobbie is long gone. It increases authoritarian control if there’s a detachment between the police and the public

Both cops seem affable enough but the Paranoia that seems to infect all law-enforcement nowadays, is a threat to any positive interaction. This is part of the disconnect and I think the powers that be want it this way. The talkative Cop seemed brainwashed and unable to comprehend social norms. A good interview but somehow troubling.
Great articulate point you have made.
I don’t think they’re paranoid at all. I believe the truth is they don’t like it and can’t stand that they’re not in control. That’s why you often get, go away, what you’re doing, give us your name, you could be a terrorist, you’re filming private vehicles, safety risk - anything they can try to throw at you to stop something they simply don’t like. I don’t believe any policemen honestly is scared of a random car they drive being posted online - just a lie.
I'd disagree. Affable denotes easy to talk to and generally good natured. While at certain points this could describe his attitude and his words it's quickly nullified when in the same breath friendly rather abruptly turns rude curtly asking FP to 'jog on' without skipping a beat
And does so uniformed, expecting that because he's in fancy dress anything he might 'ask' is not merely a request you're free to accept or decline but rather an order that shall be obeyed or else. This is equally unacceptable as voicing 'not as an officer but as a human' thoughts / feelings / opinions etc. while wearing the badge. And worse still attempting to pass them off as rationale for unlawful orders.
Remember, you have to understand, as in if you wish to stand it will be under him and with his authorisation. Insubordination will result in forced submission. Personally, and I'm sure many share the sentiment, I'd rather die on my feet than live on my knees.
@@petermchugh4743 Exactly not paranoia at all. Just the uncontrollable urge to roll out their inflated ego and hand out directives to a lowly member of the public. Attempting to exercise their authority obviously gives them a sense of self worth and in some small way might offer them some balance for all the times the public shouted "filthy wanker piglet" at them that day.

Absolutely outstanding once again from the best auditor out there. Ties his opponents up in circles with logic and knowledge of the law, and never gets himself in bother. This is the standard that every other auditor should be aiming for, but can only dream of.

You dissected his arguments so eloquently I almost got a stiffie.
A wmd.. sect 43 right there!
The police always flounder badly when a debate starts, yet their ego demands that they keep doing it anyway.
The lady in the white car very odd behaviour, telling you what to do in public thinking that you’re going to follow her orders. Why would you, you’re not doing anything wrong. Did you hear him “you got to understand you got to appreciate” he’s like a broken record. He’s very very paranoid, he’s not talking about law he’s talking about his feelings. If he’s that uncomfortable I suggest he finds another job where he’s very comfortable. The public are not here to make him feel comfortable.
There are hundreds and hundreds of bent cops the misconduct hearings prove that. This cops talks about the public as if they are all criminals. Then he talks as if the police are 100% clean and done nothing wrong. Delusional cop living in his own bubble of fear and paranoia.
"You don't deal with the people we deal with." says the cop. No. The photographer deals with much worse than the general public, on a daily basis he deals with Tyrants and Oath Breakers with a propensity to violence and a no accountability when they abuse their authority.
Talks about busy with murders.. these lot are busy accordingly/when they feel like it.. crime stats confirm that
Weirdly this is the most accurate and thought provoking statement that I have read after months of watching auditing vids. Well said.

The power of an intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable auditor like FP is brilliant viewing as coppers must think oh shit! our usual “current climate” “you must appreciate” etc isn’t going to play…
Great to see someone who can engage with the police in an articulate manner. Hopefully the officers will have learnt something.
Had to unsubscribe from one auditor because he became a complete bell when it came to interaction with the police. FP is just far more intelligent.
They won't learn a single thing. Their next 'confrontation' with an auditor will be more ego driven than this one was.
Don’t hold your breath hoping the police will learn anything
LOL WOW an idiot who things USA laws apply in the UK! 🤦♂🤣
Any photographing in public is a crime under the terrorism laws! If they decide! as is most things in public! and even private!
Bet he would cry if a person stayed outside his house and took photos! LOL
learn any thing awh stop will ya 😂😂😂😂
"Everyone's on high alert at the moment, the threat level's severe" - this argument is fallacious; because, 39 people died due to a terror attack in the last 10 years, and 139 people died in Police custody for the same period. Now let's talk about statistics: to calculate the probability of A given that B, you take the probability of B given that A, multiply it by the probably of A, and finally divide that number by the probability of B. This will give you a number between 0 and 1; 0 being lowest probability, 1 being the highest probability. When you take the figures of 39 terror deaths VS 139 deaths in Police custody and apply probability notation:
A = Death.
B = Police Custody.
C = Terror attack.
pr(A|B) > pr(A|C)
What this means is that there is a higher probability of a person dying whilst in the hands of the Police, than in the hands of a terror attack; thus, statistically a Police Officer is a greater danger to the public than a terrorist. By filming the Police, you are filming a person who is more likely to kill a member of the public than a terrorist. Therefore, it should be the duty of all members of the public to film the Police at all times, as a mechanism for protection, and to capture evidence of crimes committed by the Police.
@Ese - The probability stats are good,... but perhaps another set of variables should be added -like,... Police that die in terrorist attacks & Police who die at the hands of the public. This would highlight the public are more danger from terrorist & police attacks,... than police are from terrorist attacks & the public at large.
.
This tells you nothing useful and the second paragraph is confused. There are 153,000 police officers in the UK, the vast majority of whom are actively being police officers every week. There have been millions of arrests in the last 10 years. Yet we have probably an average of one or two terrorists a year carrying out a terrorist attack. You are more likely to die if you come in to contact with a terrorist while they are being a terrorist than while in contact with a police officer after they arrest you.
That being said my gripe with the high alert rubbish is that if you go back 1000 years there has never been a time when this country has not been under threat.
Wow, this is an incredible point.
"Who you tryin' to get crazy with Ese, don't you know I'm loco?"

I dont think there was any ego issue with the policeman. I think he was willing to listen and intelligently discuss / debate with reason.
i don't think it was ego, he's just not been used to being pressed the way focus was pressing him, he sincerely thought he was right, which in my opinion is more dangerous than ego, cuz it means he will infringe on your rights thinking its lawful.

Somewhat like your typical Covidian. You can't disabuse them of their fears through reason and facts; you cannot reason a person out of a position into which they were panicked. Or, as Mark Twain said, it's easier to fool a man than convince him he's being fooled.
