In the above 2nd sentence under cabin suitcase, not sure what it is saying about the additional baggage being complement???? Can you advise? If we really need to purchase for the extra luggage, where and how can we do it? We are leaving for Spain on 13 Apr. Much appreciated for your prompt advice.

Baggage is not complementary. You can carry one additional baggage provided you pay for the fee. You don't mention where you bought your tickets.
