You obviously don't know that more than half of the students at Tennessee. Doesn't have the academic profile to be admitted to the University of Texas as students.

@scottgrayson1209 Definitely not, with how early Texas had this in the works with Schloss tells me Vitello turned them down pretty early, especially considering a huge contract extension has been in discussion for months with Vitello at UT, the only reason Vitello to Texas even gained that much traction was because of that false statement that was made stating a contract was reached with Vitello, if it wasn't for that there literally would have been zero traction behind it.
I love to hear you guys’ takes on this but really I just wanna know if this pisses Greg McElroy off as much as Tony V simply celebrating winning a title 😂
Kirk Bohls--who had been a sports reporter in Austin for fifty years (now with the Houston Chronicle)--got wind that Texas had fired Pierce. He reached out to Texas for comment. That's why they released an official statement when they did.

As a Texas fan I appreciate you all bringing the facts vs all the bs emotional opinion videos. We get it, not the best look or how to leave or move to a new team or to your rival. But man college sports are all over the map now a days and it is what is. As a Texas Baseball fan, getting to Omaha just isn't going to cut it. Peirce's fate was that he took over pitching this season and that was the absolutely weak link in the team, he bet on himself and didn't work out. I'll definitely be watching more of your vids.

This is tu’s first move into the SEC. It won’t be their last. You will become tired of tu’s antics.
Remember, TAMU was in the throes of a championship run while tu was contacting 4 of our coaches. It shows horrible decisions on all involved.
Believe me, the SEC will become weary of tu’s antics. This could’ve waited until after the season.
Losing your coach to your future instate rival joining your conference a day after losing your first title appearance the school has seen since ‘39 is crazy work. Eventually A&M fans will understand nobody besides themselves has any respect for them.

This was a done deal months ago … Texas was respectful enough to not allow this to go public until after your run was done so the Aggies could have their chance without distractions … we weren’t obligated to wait but did so out of respect for the efforts of your athletes … you’re welcome Aggies …

Schlossnagle got mad and went after the reporter, then he leaves for Texas not 24 hours later, the press conference introducing him at Texas has the comments turned off. People wanted to hate on UT and Tony V about "antics" but yet the other man pulls stuff like this.

When A&M joined the SEC, we all gladly chanted S-E-C at the end of games no matter the sport. I remember way back then Vandy winning the baseball national championship when that chant went up and thinking A&M had found a home. I was really glad Vandy won. If A&M wasn't playing, I rooted for the SEC team ever since. Now one week before TU joins the SEC, which A&M was promised would never happen, TU is once again acting as it always does, as an entitled program. The rest of the SEC can laugh and say it is just TU getting the best of A&M once again. Guess what, you're team is next! In the meantime, I can guarantee you there will never be a S-E-C chant raised at Kyle Field, Olsen Field, or at any other A&M event. I'll never watch another SEC sports show on TV or the Internet. This is a wakeup call, it is us against everyone else which I guess it always has been.
I guess the SEC lied to A&M, right? Perhaps A&M should apply for membership in the Big 10? But make sure you get it in writing that the B1G will never allow Texas to apply for membership. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Doug Dickey left Tennessee for Florida, letting the team know just before the Orange Bowl game in which Tn lost to Florida. Then Tn hired him back as athletic director some years later. I couldn’t believe it.

I mean considering Tennessee legally owns the rights to "UT" in the SEC (anything east of the Mississippi per original agreement) and up until now there has only been one UT in the SEC why would you "LOL" at it? It's legit facts

@cindytempler6957 Before Texas moved to the SEC the original agreement that was met from both Universities was Tennessee owns the LEGAL RIGHTS to the brand "UT" East of the Mississippi and Texas owns them West of the Mississippi, so basically in the SEC Tennessee is legally "UT" (and has been) while Texas is "UT" in other conferences West of the Mississippi (again this is literally legal agreements you can look up yourself) obviously Texas now joining the SEC changes some things however there is and always will be 1 original UT in the SEC and that's Tennessee, anything past that is just nonsense from a bunch of Texas fans who can't understand how legal terms work.
