She seemed to have uncovered at least some information on who and what they are and what they’re planning and we saw what happened to her. I have a belief that The Club have gone by their codenames for so long that they've become their real names. So Finance's name is just Finance. And the same for the other 4. So if my theory's true, then they'd refer to each other by the names we know them by. So ironically, we already know their names. Another thing, Sirius Corp colonised system for marlinist refugees, reducing tensions between the Federation and Alliance. I've always thought The Club ordered that, thereby making it easier to influence the superpowers. After all, it's kinda hard to simultenously control 2 groups who are at war with each other.

Bit late to the party here, but the London treaty didn't limit the number of capital ships a superpower could have, it was limiting the size/tonnage to which capital ships could be built to. I.E it can't exceed X amount of mass.
I have a theory on Raxxla, guardians, and the club. I believe they are very strongly intertwined. I am leaning towards believing that The guardians, or at least their beginnings, are in fact The Club. The Club has worked behind the scenes for a very long time, and here is what I believe has happened. When witchspace was discovered, time travel was also discovered. To a degree, this is basically confirmed. I believe that Raxxla was found, and is a portal. I believe The Club has been in control of this gate for a while, and has used it to barter for a very limited amount of technology. What little bit they did get was studied, and then split up into research divisions. Generation ships were sent out to set up colonies, and that was partially true. They were also intentionally sent into the past, to give these research divisions a seemingly endless amount of time to progress. Millions of years. These researchers were successful, over the course of several generations, and proceeded to build an advanced society that coincidently predates humanity as we know it. With knowledge of the thargoid threat, they attempted to set up watch posts, listening stations, and an entire network of AI to combat that threat while remaining hidden. The decendants of these researchers governed these colonies, and carefully led them towards a singular goal, while still keeping their numbers small. No different than current times. The goal was to ready everything required to combat the thargoids when the time came. They knew exactly when and where the future generation ships would arrive, and that the tech would need to be there to be picked up. To safeguard the tech, they made is so that human DNA could activate it. The problem with their plan is that they also encountered the thargoids, much, much earlier than they were supposed to. Likely before their plan was fully complete. They used some of that tech to cover their retreat through the gate at Raxxla, while leaving what we needed in place at key locations. They used their AI to not only fight the thaegoids, but also clean up the colonists that had built their network.....and completely cover up the entire operation. Everyone at the top level level was evacuated via Raxxla, or died with everyone below them. With that, the legend of The Guardians was born, and the truth was hidden. They also knew they could not directly influence humanity or directly interact with Earth. Had they taken that risk, the Thargoids could have easily undone all their efforts, or eradicated a fledgeling humanity as a whole. With that in mind, the "Guardians" stayed away from all space previously explored by humanity at the time the generation ships departed. Millions of years later, the generation ships were sent out (again) and those that followed were discovered the gifts that were left behind. The "visions" guardian tech project are a failsafe to get that tech in the hands of humanity in case unintended people find it first. That is why we have found no traces of a surviving guardian colony. That is why we can so conveniently utilize their tech. If that is true, then it could be said that the earliest interactions between The Club and the Thargoids also created the war that we now fight. A war that possibly never needed to occur, nor would have.
It is also possible that the guardians intended to eradicate the thargoids before that could ever engage with humanity, and would later adopt humanity into their own advanced society.....or simply coexist with humanity. Regardless of the plan, I believe the thargoid interference with the guardians was unexpected, and forced the guardians to do what we now know of their actions.
