Crock Pot Buttons Don't Work It Shuts Itself Off.- Fixed!

Client comment: "My Crock-Pot died." They were giving it away on my Buy Nothing Facebook group It is probably just me but it seems like more broken stuff is being offered, now that I am repairing and re-gifting the items.
Spoiler: This Crock-Pot would only work on "high" and only sometimes. Most of the time, it turned itself off. A 2.2uf capacitor was faulty, causing voltage to spike or drop when anything other than "high" was selected.
Bonus: I figured out how to remove and reuse a pushnut.
