Why not avoid the element of EXTREME Risk? Vertical drop, gravity works before your wheels can touch the ramp. Frankly your only chance is sit on the edge, get yor wheels level on the surface, lean forward deeply and stand up suddenly. Other than that you'd continue to fall and perhaps sustain a chronic (series of) injury.
You were not given a body for that purpose. And look at WHO is encouraging WHO to do that s - - -.

Lil tip once you take the leap lean in get a bit lower and try not to move forwards or backwards after the drop or it will lead to you slipping but still AMAZING

Look at this vid. I said lean forward. That's incorrect. Your body weight will throw on the floor and if you lean back you risk striking the back of your head on the edge. It's a LOSE-LOSE situation. God did not give you a body for that. Try to find out why HE gave you the body that you have. It's important.
